The contract we signed with Bus Stop Productions was that we would receive our video within 30 days…read moreafter our wedding. It took us over 9 months to get our wedding video back. During that long wait we received little to no communication for the delay, and would rarely receive a return call or email. I wish that the long wait was worth it. The 3 minute summary video was really cute. The long video of the day, awful. In the questionnaire before the wedding, we had checked that interviews were the LEAST important thing to be included in our video. The entire thing was interviews. Little coverage of the actual day. The worst part was the footage of the ceremony. The two videographers simply put the cameras on tripods facing forward before anything started, hit play, and then took a break for the next 30 minutes. There was no footage of anyone walking into the ceremony until they were almost at the end of the aisle, which just showed their back. The footage of me (the bride) being walked down the aisle by my dad was instead the back of the people standing in the rows in front of the camera. That's a pretty big moment to miss. The two angles we got of the ceremony was one very zoomed-out shot, and one side shot that showed the back of my husband's head the whole time. So there is absolutely zero footage of my husband's face during the entire video. We could have had a relative with a cam-recorder to a better job. It was the biggest waste of money from our entire wedding. I would highly recommended not using their services.
