I only wish I could give this place zero stars and that would be too many. What a dang joke this place is. We had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. We were told there was a 90 minute Wait because they didn't have "enough staff" - it's Christmas time, schedule accordingly. After waiting for 90 minutes, we were told there were still 3 families ahead of us. We had several small children and one child with Autism in our group; it would have been nice to be given a realistic time frame, so we could have cancelled the appointment upon arrival. There was no way the kids could wait any longer. The employees were clearly unhappy to be at work, and did not want to deal with the customers. So what was supposed to create a happy holiday memory was reduced to a frustrating waste of time! Never again. read more

Saturday morning appt 9am; business portfolio shots...In and Out; Karola asked if we could make some FUN shots rather than the staid BW backgrounds. 1st was w/an Italian background...HATED IT! We keep going. Final result, displayed on Monitor, were photos of the staid and true biz head shots. OMG, the FUN shot w/Italian (remember HATED IT?) was Fantastic! WOW... The final price, including prints and a photo CD plus copyright release was a Fraction of what I've paid elsewhere. I'm Blown Away! read more

They are nice people but have horrible taste and skill. We paid way too much for the dark photos that looked like they were from the early 80s. I'd hire a local photographer instead. We did that the next two years and were much happier. read more

Horribly disappointed!!! Misleading staff! Had family pictures (very expensive) taken Dec 10th, with every promise and assurance pics would be ready by Christmas, as several albums were planned for Christmas presents. They handed us half the order at the time of shoot and PROMISED others would be ready in just days. Well that turned out to be lies! We called several days now, to hear "Not yet". Here we are Dec 24th, and when we called today, they claimed they had not received their FedEx shipments for days. More lies! Not only will I not ever use them again, I will continue to encourage all friends and family to go elsewhere for pictures. Somewhere else that has integrity, and won't lie to customers just to get them to overspend on photos. read more

We will definitely NEVER go back here for photo sessions. For starters, we were taken back for our shoot 2 hours after our appointment time; This was very difficult for our toddler. However, the delay was not what drove me to this conclusion since holiday seasons are understandably very busy times. After our session was complete we sat down with our photographer to pick our picture for the package we had chosen. This package included a free picture mug or ornament (not told to us by the photographer, Vanessa). It wasn't until I was with my brother and his family that his photographer told him about it and helped him choose his free item. When I asked Vanessa about this I was met with a "I'm sorry, you've already paid". I asked a few more employees about this and they all told me the same thing. Although, one person was 'kind' enough to tell me that I could shell out more money to essentially purchase my free item that they never offered me and didn't even attempt to reasonably fix. This lack of customer service and 'tough luck' attitude is what made the long wait seem like a total waste. I'd rather throw my money out of a moving vehicle than hand it to these people; Atleast I'd be giving it a fighting chance of ending up in the pocket of someone whom is helpful. read more

Great staff, love that it only takes 20 minutes to print out pictures. Lots of cool backgrounds and props. Good location though, you can walk to other stores while you wait for your pics. Downside is that it can be really expensive! read more

Terrible experience at this business. Here is what they provide 1) two rooms with various backgrounds or sold color backdrops with which to take pictures 2) they provide a person who will take your picture 3) they provide a camera to said person taking the pictures 4) they provide a place to review the pictures in the hallway where you can select pictures in a confusing process of selection What I felt they did not provide is skill in helping the subjects are portrayed appropriately. Neither did they suggest creative shots. They do allow you to create your own shot - but that is you being skilled and creative not them. The prices are out of line for what they provide. If you are willing to pay only for equipment then this may work, but if you are looking for skilled professionals then in my opinion they did not deliver. Also they seem to have computer problems, with servers crashing. Not a pleasant experience. Recommend finding another venue. read more

no, no, no, do not have pictures made here!! they are by far the worst company and portrait studio ever!!! to make a long story short, the family (13 of us) pictures are out of focus, studio closed (no notice to customers) & corporate hdqtrs employees are very, very rude, rude, rude!!! horrible place to do business with!! they say 100% satisfaction or your money back, total lie!! my package was not refundable because i bought the cd with the pictures on it, so i can go somewhere else & print the pictures off cd!!!!!!!! only problem with that is pictures on cd are out of focus & they suck just as bad as the ones pi printed for me!! *****do not have portraits made with this company***** read more

If I could give less of a review I would. The only nice thing I have to say is the photographer was nice but had zero creative ability at all. Tried to pose our family the exact same way every time before each background. No creativity at all. Then when we started choosing pictures at the computer, the packages were terrible. They don't let you get rid of pictures you don't like before they place pictures in books, special backgrounds, or calendars. They force you into packages that weren't user friendly for our family. Then their computers crashed and we had to start over. Four hours of wasted time. Needless to say we walked out. Pictures were not worth the 400.00 they wanted to charge us. Go somewhere else, save yourselves the frustration. read more

We went the week before Christmas. We had an appointment, but had to wait about 15 minutes. The photographer was great! She was friendly, posed us well, got every shot I wanted. Explained that even though I may not want a certain background, they have to shoot 3. Photos are taken in sets of 3. You are in one pose and they take the shot 3 times. When you go to the computer to choose your shots, it is a little overwhelming. they pull up each pose and you choose your favorite of the 3. It helps weed out the ones you like (and helps cut down the cost). We paid just under $400 but got the copyrights of the photo and a ton of pictures, 3 calendars, christmas cards, a canvas. This is the second time our family has gone here for pictures, the first time was such an amazing experience. Last time I only spent about $100 and got about six or seven different positions. This time we spend a bit more we had about 14 positions I also got a canvas that usually runs 75. This place books very tightly, so if you are late for your appointment they take the next customer behind you. You have the option to get reschedueled, which is totally your fault. If you are frugal and are going to get photos while trying to pinch pennies, this is not the right place for you. However if you want just one position and no options I suggest going to Walmart's photo studio. Overall an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anybody else. read more

We showed up at 2:27 for our 2:40 appointment. We were told that they were a hour and half behind. No one called to notify us of the deal. We had small children with us. This time delay would have been better spent waiting at home. At 4:10, we still had not been seen. Families with appointment times after ours were seen before us. When I asked why it was because "they checked in before us". This is the second time I've used this place and the second time I've been disappointed. We will not be back. We will not recommend this place to others. It's a low budget facility, with employees of poor training. Save your money! Drive to Austin for pictures. read more

We've had 5 or 6 sessions here and they have all been great. The staff has worked with our children to get pictured we treasure. They have all of the backgrounds and props you need to get a photo for any occasion. The quick printing is also great because you can go home and put pictures on your wall that same day. We'll be back the next time we are in the Killeen area. read more

This was the worst experience. After being told they were 20-30 minutes behind we waited for another hour. At that point they took customers that had left and come back and we were told we would be next which turned out to be a lie when they started calling other customers. Their sad excuse was they are really busy because it is a holiday (easter) weekend. Not even worth one star . The workers are rude , they have staring problems my mom let them know she was going to the bathroom the lady still proceeded to walk in on her, at check out we had a few questions the African American lady was "helping" us and snapped at us . Came for senior pictures left with terrible pictures . She wouldn't even use the drape , they all looked silly. We've got our pictures here for years with no problems. Will never go back.
