After my contractor and I narrowed down their huge selection to 5 finalists, I took pictures to my wife to get her opinion. She chose her favorite of the 5 but given a picture can be deceiving when it comes to selecting Granite slabs, I wanted her to see it in person before we actually made the purchase. Because we both work during the day, we decided to go on a Wednesday given their website says they're open until 7pm on Wed. We were extremely disappointed after driving over an hour to arrive at 4:45pm and find them closed. We called and Juana, who answered the phone expressed she had just left for the day. My wife explained we had come a long distance, their website says they're open until 7pm and even the door that was locked said they were open until 5pm, yet they are closed at 4:50pm. Her response was "come back tomorrow". We'll never be back and we're insisting our contractor use a different supplier for our new countertops.

Their scale showed my bracelet at only 17.26 grams, and they tested it as 18K gold, even though I know for a fact that it is 21K gold. Based on their results, they offered me only $2,200.
