It made the most sense based on the number of blocks that needed repair and the condition of some other blocks. Bill gave a quick and very reasonable estimate for the work to be done. He was upfront about the timeline and was very flexible in scheduling. On the day of the work, the crew sent out was very professional and on time. (A few minutes earlier actually, and that's ok!). They were very polite and got to work right away taking out the old windows. Within an hour and a half, the windows were fine and the new windows were in. When I went out to check the work, it was literally like no one was ever there. They cleaned up everything immaculately and left without a trace. One of, if not the best experience I've had with contractors doing work in our home. Throughout the entire communication I told him that - like any reasonable working person - I have to modify my schedule to anticipate them coming or even look into my request, and each time they either did not respond or gave me a date that they did not meet. I would also routinely walk into their facility and follow up, and they'd assure me they'll get to it, but just blew me off. I can't comment on their work, but only complete lack of organization, professionalism, and general care of their prospective customers. Would not recommend.

He texted me later on that he was available and he came out. Within 20 minutes he was done. I went from a $2,000 quote to a $180 repair (including parts). Its been two months and everything is working great. He took the time and explained everything to me while working and why he was doing it. Obviously, he likes to inform his customers which I really like. He answered all my questions and provided a complete answer which left me feeling comfortable with his work after he left. I take electrical work very seriously and I don't trust anybody who doesn't seem to have answers or doesn't like to be questioned. A lot of people don't like that he texts, its different but obviously he prefers it and it works, so I didn't mind. He asks what he needs to know and gets back to you when he can. There was a gap between the texts but i had patience and he came through in the end. He's my go to guy for electrical work going forward.
