I usually send my guys in to pick up stuff at the counter and they say they always have a decent experience. I had to go in personally the other day and had the pleasure of meeting Pete Damato at the counter. This guy knows his stuff, his experience shows. He not only knew exactly what I was looking for but offered me an even better product. Because of him I may now start coming in myself instead of sending my guys. Well done Pete and Willow. A good supply house with all the tools and material you could want. Bilingual counter staff, polish/english. I gave an extra star for the crazy kickass collection of ceiling fans they're displaying. There was one with chrome northern pike cast onto the fan fittings that is the craziest thing I've ever seen on a ceiling fan. Lots of ultra modern light fixtures for sale, also. Futuristic chandeliers and such. You should check it out. read more

Very poor customer service. These guys work there are super lazy, especially Toni. He never got back with quote for ceiling fans even almost one week after giving part no. Haven't seen a place with such a poor customer service. I will never go again there. I guess these people are not interested in earning business. read more
