She called ahead and ordered 50 3/8 ths bolts - fine thread in a 3 and ¾ inch length. Fine thread bolts are not easy to find. We keep all of the most common sizes in stock for repairs to our 10 truck fleet of older trucks. I have shopped for fine thread bolts myself in several places to refill our bins and fine thread bolts are hard to find. Service was excellent. Our order was bagged and ready to go. They even had a box of assorted donuts for their customers. I ate one and it was fresh. They have a small parking lot located behind the building so you don't have to park on the street. Pricing is very comparable to other places, even big box stores. Need a fastener you can't find anywhere else? Check them out.

I was able to get right in (it's a warehouse, plenty of room) and find what I was looking for. The owners were both available to answer questions about prices and delivery. The place was a bit in shambles and seeming a bit disorganized, which I would assume is because it's closing, but I didn't mind that too much. I was able to find what I needed very quickly, pay, and schedule delivery all within an hour and I don't think you can beat that efficiency. The owners aren't pushy, they encourage you to look around, and parking is plentiful! I would definitely check them out again!

The Kohler hardware was purchased from Donnie Briggs at Kohler, and the tilework and installation was done by Mark Groce. Mark has strong attention to detail from getting the grout mix and color to carefully placing each tile. The process could take a while since some of the items needed may need to be custom cut. We're incredibly happy with the craftsmanship and quality of the finished shower. I highly recommend both Donnie Briggs for hardware and Mark Groce for his construction/installation work and both of them are great with design and attention to detail. I recommend future clients to be involved in the construction process, as it helps with communication and decisions. I would gladly work with both Donnie and Mark again for any future projects.

She knew it wasn't returnable and didn't give me the heads up that I shouldn't take a chance that it wouldn't fit and I would be stuck with it. On top of that, she told the contractor that I wanted the brick tile stacked in my shower when I explicitly told her that I wanted it horizontal brick pattern. So I'm stuck with that too. Even after I spent all that money at the Kohler store the manager and the owner, Joe Rotskoff, were such jerks and acknowledge how I was misled and ripped off. I would not recommend anybody to deal with the Kohler store in Indianapolis.

However, this year they charged me $600 dollars to clean up my leaves (my trees are small), clean up 2 small flower beds and cut 11 grass plants. In years past they also cut back the scrubs, but not this year. When the work order came though I looked at the cost which was the same as the past but didn't look closely at the planned work. Bad mistake and costly. on my part! The money paid was not worth the work. Be careful with his company.

While I love gardening, hardscape and major install was well-beyond my ability. The crew from BbL was incredible. From scheduling a quote, fair pricing, and their finished product they exceeded expectations. The install crew particularly went above and beyond to not only create beautiful walls/beds/steps, but even took time to blow all the leaves off the project site and drive area to make it look pretty - EVEN on the evenings before they were fully finished and in an area that only we see. The end result is gorgeous and brings the entire project together. It sounds cheesy, but after work on the day the crew finished, I came home and felt like I was on an HGTV show before/after reveal as I admired their work. How did they know? I'm guessing the post card was for the previous owner of my home, who sold me the mower with the home. Sure why not? They even volunteered to pick up my mower. This would be the first time in 4 years that I would have the mower professionally serviced. Fortunately, I was at home at the time of pick up. I had already purchased several items to service the mower myself. I gave the pick up driver a quarter of oil, air filter, oil filter, deck belt, blades, alternator, etc...(see attached pictures). I was credited $35 for my supplies. Oh, I forgot to say I was called 2 weeks after the mower pick up and told it would cost $1237.42 to service my mower. Wow! I couldn't remember if I gave them a mower or a car. But I said to myself, the mower is gonna look like new. I get the return delivery, after being warned that they couldn't use my blades. I was told my blades were the wrong ones, so they just sharpened the existing ones. They don't look sharpened and they look the same style as the new ones. My blades were returned to me. (Thank you) My deck belt was not changed, nor returned. The pick up driver said I only gave him a bag supplies. (Not true. Were the blades in a bag?) My mower was still filthy and had grass clippings on it. They say they repaired my existing oil leak, but they didn't clean the old oil and dirt off the mower. (I did tell you that I paid them $1237.42, right?) I called to ask about the deck belt and why the mower was still dirty. The reynolds farm equipment rep defended his driver and said they didn't receive my deck belt. I told him I would double check my garage just to confirm what I already knew. And he ask me to send pictures, which I did. I asked should my mower have been a little cleaner for what I paid? He told me he would give my photos and pictures to the service manager and have him contact me. It's been 2 weeks now and I haven't received an answer or a call. They said they did a fuel additive, but they left no fuel in the mower. They said i needed a new battery (not sure how true that is). They sold me 1 new tire, but didn't bother to put any of the tire stem caps back on. They did change the oil and spark plug. Please check out the photos. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. I'm not saying they didn't do anything, but I'll let you be the judge if what they did was worth $1237.42 (And don't forget, they credited me $35 for my "basic" supplies.
