The massive store is filled with fabulous home decor, plants, clothing and giftware. I think there may even be a little hardware scattered in there. There are several buildings including a greenhouse and outdoor garden center. The outdoor center is currently filled with Christmas trees. There is also a little cafe/coffee shop if you need some nourishment. I stopped by this week to check out the abundant supply of Christmas decor. Prices are high, but if you're a discerning shopper, you can find some deals. I like that I can find things here that you just don't see anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful, but you have to wait your turn for help because they are busy this time of year. I picked up an air plant and some bulbs to plant. I was tempted by STEM toys for my granddaughters. There's plenty of parking.

We returned within a few days to gather grass seed, bird seeds and an expandable hose. We always receive great service whether we're strolling in 5 minutes before closing (it happened recently) or in the middle of the day.

Then she left me alone to look around. Much appreciated. They have a variety of furniture here with all levels of quality. The selection is constant changing based on what the retail store sends them. I was thrilled to find two headboards and a chair I loved. Sadly I needed two chairs and they only had one. I left here and went to the retail store. They had another one of the chairs I liked in stock clearance priced. Pat was able to write up the ticket for all of the items in order to get me a discount. Great customer service. Happy customer.

We went to Ferguson's 2 weeks ago today. We ordered a washer and they said it would be in in a…read moreweek. A week passed and nothing. Called this past Friday to see when it will be in. They said it will be today June 1st. Called again to ck the status of when it will be delivered and was told it will NOT ship until mid July! The dishonesty is what upsets me. They lied from the beginning knowing it would not be here until mid July. And greed. We canceled order and went elsewhere. This is my last time purchasing anything at Fergusons.

The cutest little nursery in Fishers. Geist Nursery is tucked away off of 96th Street, almost in a…read moreresidential area. It's one of those places where you might miss it if you drive too fast. I happened upon it during a walk. This place has lots of native plants for landscaping, as well as beautiful and healthy flowering plants, fruit and vegetable plants, shrubs, trees, mulch and lots more. They have a small variety of indoor plants, but not much. The nice woman behind the counter told me so when I wandered into the checkout area to look at the indoor plants. They do have some nice succulents and rubber plants, though. Plus pottery and garden tchotchkes. There's also a greehouse that houses the more delicate outdoor plants and starts. It was nice to walk around and be surrounded by so much greenery. When I visited on a weekday, there were lots of people around to help and answer questions. Everyone I encountered was friendly, but they also knew when to just leave you alone and let you (me) bask in the beauty of plants.
