After having two companies tell me I needed thousands of dollars in liners, George came in, said the crack the other guys told me about was a glob of masonry and that my chimney was fine. When I asked him if he would light a fire if this was his home, he replied "absolutely". I'll take the word of a small business owner with over 40 years of experience over the newer companies whose employees work on commission. George has been back every year to clean and inspect the chimney, I've referred him to friends and I'm sure I'll cry if he ever retires. Call him in May and June - by September they are heavily booked.
