Above all , important to me, they were neat, if I was not there to see it done there would not be a trace to follow. The chimney liner, the flu plate replacement and the installation was done quickly without a ' hitch.' The stove is much more efficient than the fireplace, too. A-Z is highly recommended, I am a fan. We have had a couple different companies come out to sweep our wood stove insert since our trusted…read moreone retired, and they were pretty useless. If your chimney sweep is not taking the whole stove out in the process, they are not doing you any service! The A-Z team was very thorough and was able to show us the condition of our liner and some issues ignored by the previous so-called inspections so we were able to get all of it addressed to prevent future problems. They also went above and beyond to get to the bottom of our stubborn damper handle, getting everything working smoothly again. Pricing is reasonable, and the guys were neat, friendly, and really cared about doing the job right. After the cleaning, we had them install a new liner and our stove is back to operating efficiently for the first time in years. Highly recommend A-Z Chimney Sweeps!

I must have spoken to 20+ roofers about putting a roof on my geodesic dome house and they either wanted way more than I had or just plain refused the job. Juan gave me the most reasonable estimate and after seeing all the glowing reviews, I chose him and I am so happy I did! It came out so beautiful!!! They got all the angles correct and I have no doubt this roof will last me 40+ years. They use quality materials and their attention to detail is awesome. They cleaned up everything afterward and if I need any work done in the future, I know who I am calling. When you choose JM Exteriors you are doing yourself a favor! But the quote came quickly and was quite detailed. It included a good brand of the white EPDM I wanted. It was just as good or better than the quotes from some other bigger players. The price was much better too. So I hoped the no frills meant less overhead. I did check for reviews and they were good. So I decided to go with JM even though it was very hard to find much company presence on the internet. Communicating with Juan via text messages worked very well. I asked to add a plywood cover board and to help me locate the rafters and he was very accommodating. The team came out and Robin was in charge. He spoke English well enough to give me assurances they were going to do what I wanted. The biggest reason for replacing the membrane roof on my flat roof was to ready it for a solar panel installation, which I planned to do myself, if only I could get the 8 panels up on the roof. I'd asked Juan if the team could put the panels on the roof after the job was done. He was agreeable. Robin had the boys do it and did a good job of ensuring no damage to the new membrane by having them put an insulation board under them. Since then I've been up on that roof installing my panels and admiring JM Exteriors Roofing and Siding's work. Thank you so much.
