As for the quality of service, please read my previous review. I have an update. Since Top Priority countertop fabricator Chris angrily confronted me, I started experiencing cardio problems. I have a congenital hole in my heart. I'm in Houston Medical Center to see my cardiologist since I've been experiencing heart palpitation, edema, shortness of breaths, and series of fainting. Cardiologist already told me that he couldn't surgically close this whole because it pumped blood out to lungs. He said lungs have too many blood vessels to hurt during the surgery. I thought I was doing full kitchen remodeling with The Home Depot. THD selected Top Priority. I didn't have any chance to select my own contractor. I regret my entire decision. Life is uncertain. It turned out to be a matter of life and death.

Kai and his team also finished the project a week ahead of schedule and kept the same team on the project which is unheard of. Out of the other 3 renovation projects I had in the past, they always finished a few weeks or a month behind schedule and the team constantly changed leading to delays and consistency issues. The end product was a quality renovation and a stunning transformation of our kitchen. We would absolutely recommend and happily do business with Kai and AOK Cabinets & Stone again based off the pleasant experience we had.

FIVE STAR rating to Jeff, Keith and the crew at Hawaii Home Remodel!…read more I contacted HHR at the end of December to receive an estimate. Instantly, I heard back from Keith to schedule a home visit. In the first week of January, Keith came by to do a look through. He was very kind and professional. Keith emailed my estimate within several days. Our bathroom remodel was scheduled to take 14 days, but it was completed within 9 days, which was good for our family considering we only have one bathroom. From initial contact throughout the project Jeff, HHR Supervisor, kept open communication with me every day. He kept me afloat on what they found, what needed to be done, what my options were. Jeff and his team were very detailed and the level of work they did was beyond superb.
