I'm writing this review bc my fiancé is too busy to & because of business principle…read more My fiancé went to Eric Jewelry for my engagement ring & while the experience may have "seemed" fine, my fiancé will no longer be recommending Eric Jewelry to anyone. My fiancé has excellent eyesight & noticed an imperfection in the gemstone which he relayed to the salesperson. Salesperson told him he would change the gemstone out for another one & make sure the new one was imperfection-free. He told my fiancé if would be ready by a certain date; unfortunately he was not able to keep the date & the ring was not ready until THE DAY PRIOR to our 14hr flight international vacation- which the salesperson was very well aware of. When my significant other picked up the ring he didn't bother to look it over as he trusted him on his word to switch out the gemstone. Unfortunately that was not the case. When my significant other asked me to marry him, he also told me he wanted to take a look at the ring. He noticed the imperfection in the same exact spot, indicating that the salesperson had never switch the gemstone he said he would. My fiancé's plan was to go to another jeweler to switch out the gemstone when we got back from vacation but I told him not to worry about going through the hassle; I'm choosing to spend the rest of my life with him, not the ring. Note: Eric Jewelry was recommended by 2 of my fiancé's family members who both purchased their engagement rings there. Both of them- including my fiancé -will now be going to another jeweler for weddings rings/bands & will make sure to do a careful look-over at the ring. With many of our friends getting married, or enjoy simply splurging on jewelry, we've already made them well aware of their dishonesty.

STUNNING DIAMONDS! WHOLESALE PRICES! BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! BEST OF YOUR FOUR C's!…read more After having been up and down the entire diamond district looking for engagement rings my fiance and I were pretty annoyed. Each jeweler told us contradictory information concerning diamonds. Also, our budget kept going up and up with each factor the jeweler's spoke about. Diamond hunting became very disheartening. A jeweler suggested I look at radiant cut diamonds. Since I had no idea what those were I came home and googled them, and stumbled upon the radiant cut website. My discovery was that radiant cut offers one of the best brilliance, surpassing almost all the different cut. After seeing that their phone number corresponded to NYC I was feeling pretty giddy about making my first phone call. Monday came around and I called. Jessica answered the phone and we proceeded to have a 20 minute conversation about the difference between radiant cut and other stones. It was pretty much settled by the end of the conversation that I was going to come up and see her the following day. Though they normally don't deal with the public one-on-one, my fiance and I were allowed up into their office located in a building in the diamond district (conveniently). We started off looking at diamonds ranging from .70 to .90 carats but we knew we wanted at least a carat. Unfortunately, we had to readjust our budget a couple of times BUT we knew it was going to be worth it. (During our visit we also got a tour of their offices and met the owner.) I had a very distinct mindset about what I wanted - 1 carat, no less than G in color, no less than VS2 in clarity. What Jessica did for me was mix up 5 diamonds, so I no longer knew what description went with what stone and she asked me to just look at them and pick the one that my eyes liked the most. Well, this proved to be a very successful technique with me! I ended up picking a 1.05 carat and downgraded to an H and SI1. (Fortunately for me, my stone has whitish imperfections, there is no black inside my stone whatsoever). The ring came with a GIA certificate plus a Radiant Cut company certificate. My fiance was very supportive throughout the whole process and really stepped his A game up when choosing with me. He didn't feel any pangs of regret when he had to really up our budget, and what we bought in the end was so worth it! Next, Jessica took us to Niletti Creations (I Yelped this too) and we had our stone put into a custom made split shank setting (see picture). Within 2 weeks we had my beautiful ring. Overall, this was THE BEST experience we have ever had shopping for something so expensive. By the time we stepped through this company's doors we were pretty knowledgable about diamonds and knew what we wanted. We believe our choice to be one of the best we have ever made. And the SPARKLE this ring has is really unsurpassable! Now, I walk into different jewelry stores and ask to see rings comparable to mine and see that they are $3000 more WITHOUT any other side accents. Please, I urge you, try Radiant Cut, you will NOT be dissapointed!

I recently moved to the area and was in need of a jeweler to solder my wedding rings together. A…read moreparent of a friend had recommended The Diamond Exchange, but I was slightly hesitant based upon some of the reviews online. I emailed Tony to see if this was a service they provided and if so, the cost. I had already met with two previous jewelers in my hometown-one sent my rings out for soldering and it would take Saturday to Saturday, while the other wanted to charge $250 and it would take 4 days. Tony said the service would be $75, including polish and cleaning, and it would be completed in approximately 30 minutes while I waited. So I took my chance and went to The Diamond Exchange. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They did not pressure me to purchase anything while I waited. As promised, Tony had my ring done in half an hour and it came better than I expected! I would absolutely recommend The Diamond Exchange for any jewelry repairs you need. While I did not purchase anything while I was there and therefore cannot review the store from a sales perspective, based upon my experience today, I would go there in the future for any jewelry needs!

We purchased our wedding bands from diamond exchange and also had my fiances engagement ring repaired, there was a small cracked diamond in the setting. First off the repair; we had left the engagement ring there for a week to be repaired, they called us to come pick it up because it was ready... We come in and pay for the repair and inspect the ring. The diamond was still cracked. We show the lady, she tells us, oh there was 2 cracked and you only paid for one. There was without a doubt only one cracked. After much arguing they admitted that they messed up fixed it. Just terrible. Now the band's.. My fiance got a diamond band to match her ring and I got a plain white gold band. We pay for them and put them in the safe til the wedding. Few weeks before I take mine out to try it on, it's a tad too big, we bring it in to get resized. Hold on to your seat. They tell us, we can not resize it because it's not gold. They tell us we didn't pay for gold. We 100% did. They pull out the receipt, it says clear as day white gold. So they go back and forth with the owner in the back arguing with him not offering us a solution. We wait and wait at the counter, no one tells us anything. So more customers come in and they go to help them. Leaving us at the counter. I just lost it, started screaming are you serious?? Can someone just tell me you will make a new ring and I will leave. They looked puzzled and finally told me to come back for a new ring. The whole time both ladies were extremely rude. With the cracked diamond and the fake gold ring. I would not step foot in this business again to save my life. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere.

BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS/OWNER. Please see the attached…read morepicture of my review and tell me how much you would pay for a pair of these. My husband bought a pair of 1-karat screw-back diamond earrings in 2019 at Majestic Diamonds, NY. After a few weeks, we noticed that one earring kept getting loose over and over, and shame on us, we "lost" the box and receipt. I want TO CLARIFY THAT SINCE THE DAY MY HUSBAND BOUGHT THESE EARRINGS, I NEVER TOOK THEM OFF. Sadly, l had to keep screwing it back tight. This past December 2023, l took off my neck warmer in a show, and a few moments after, l realized the earring that kept getting loose was gone. I decided to find the store where my husband bought it, and l finally found the box! And l called.(This wasn't the first time; however, l was lucky to find the earring immediately). The owner attended my call, and l explained the story; he mentioned the following: 1) It is expected that all earrings come off even with a screw back. (REALLY????) 2) He suggested that if l sent him the earring, he would match it and then send me a new one for $350 plus tax. Honestly, I wasn't expecting too much, but l didn't think he would ever say that "it was normal." I believe if l buy cheap quality...IT IS NORMAL! But not 600 dollars earrings!!! Adam NEVER ACCEPTED and APOLOGIZED. I would never spend money in this business; l prefer to go to Claire's earrings, which will last longer, and pay 2 USD for it, honestly. (Not really, I'm just expressing that Claires has better quality). At this point, l wonder if the earrings were real diamonds.
