Very upset, i wasted my time and I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Also, I was quoted $50 over the phone for a haircut and straight razor shave then when I was sat in the chair the barber said it would be $70 (which is more than quoted) I clarified over the phone before I agreed to come in because I only get straight razor beard trims. As a business owner myself I understand the value of my word and if I misquote a price to a customer I honor it. One worker was browsing through Netflix while waiting for his next appointment, while he could be cutting some hair. Another was cutting a little boys hair and was cussing away, talking about weed, sex, and drugs. I've been to a number of the barbershops in the area and I keep finding myself back at this place. I don't have a usual, because i'm too lazy to wait or don't want to spend $5 extra to book an appointment online. But everyone that has given me a cut I've been very satisfied with their work. It's a pretty dark shop with curtains in the windows, but they're probably open. Inside there's 2 rows of seats and a couch and TV's everywhere, so you can catch a game or a movie while you wait for your barber. If you're real particular about your barber you can go online and book them to whatever time slot, but it's an extra $5 for the convenience. read more

Erika barely even looked my way and did not attempt to acknowledge me. She was working on braiding a guys' shoulder length hair and had just started separating out sections; it looked like this was going to take a while. Popular Demand's appointment policy: "Please make sure to arrive early. We will only allow a 5 minute grace period after your scheduled time." Erika was clearly going to take considerably longer and again, did not make any attempt to acknowledge me or give me an idea of how long I would need to wait. This is a double standard and not respectful of a client's time. I cannot speak to how well they cut hair because I left. Very uncomfortable space and atmosphere. Big screen TV blasting crap. An excellent place in the area to get a haircut. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with individual sofa chairs. They have multiple TVs on to keep you entertained if you have to wait and the barbers will make sure you love your haircut. The owner always tries his best to make sure everyone is taken cared for and the experience is flawless.
