On top of all that they gave us a dirty car! With soil everywhere and with the people who rented it previously trash. The worst part of all the car was infested with ROACHES!! Find a different car rental and save yourself from this stress! They also charged us twice we reached out to figure out why and nothing was done save yourself the money and stress!

We did call ahead, while the first time a lady speaking English picked the phone, the second time it was a guy who just put us on hold and disappeared ! The service lady at the counter, when we finally made it, was very polite and we got a car right away. So far so good. Lets see what PR has in store !
