We're all here to have a great time and hate wasting it waiting on line but some things are out of their hands. What he did do was answer my many questions, even those not pertaining to the car rental. He suggested many places to eat and things to do, as well as a website that has now given me an exciting itinerary. The car he gave me was cleaner and gas efficient. I felt very safe driving. And he helped me with my next reservation because I will be coming back a third time this month. They are very busy and cars are not always available. Reservations are highly recommended! They refused my valid AAA insurance, inventing a rule about cars being "older than five years" (not written anywhere in the contract), and forced me to buy their insurance. Then they pushed a toll package we didn't need. I paid the only toll in cash, explained it at return, and was still charged over $160 in tolls and "fines." This place operates on confusion, pressure, and after-the-fact charges. I travel often and rent cars everywhere--avoid this location.

I called Target car rental, and Nicole, who was very helpfu, polite and friendly- found us a 3 seater at one of their locations. We were able to pick up a brand new 3 seater, that fit the 7 of us comfortably the next day, and return to the location near the airport, problem solved and vacation rescued!
