You won't find any of that here. Instead, I stumbled upon a veritable cornucopia of local artisan goods that tantalizingly pulled at my wallet's pursestrings. My original intent was to find a gift basket for my sister, but I ended up leaving with a bagful of happy goods for my own self because there's a ton of happy here. The most gorgeous-smelling soaps and diffusers. Fudgy brownies that look like they've left no chocolate for the rest of the world, and cookies that look like they should be tree ornaments. I could sit here and name more, but neither of us have time for that. Let's just say you ought to leave yourself a little more time than you think you might need to browse through all the fridges, freezers, and shelves. The folks here are also incredibly nice. When I timidly approached the counter and requested some help with choosing items for my sister, one of the women helpfully strolled around the entire store with me, recommending goods (without an ounce of pressure), and another wrapped up the goods far better than I ever could, with bows, stuffings, and all the pretty trimmings (FYI - they also ship these items, which was helpful since I was sending a basketful of local Atlanta goodies to my sister in New York). I've seen a few complaints about the prices here, and it's a valid point. Things are a little more expensive here. But given the fact that they're curating the best, the yummiest, and the most wonderfully fragranced items, I expected to shell out a little more than I would at a cheaper gift shop. So make sure you're only coming here if you're shopping for someone special or someone who's worth the extra penny, because they only sell the goodest goods. If you need a basket for any reason - a welcome gift, a generous party favor, a self-care gift (my favorite reason to shop) - definitely make a plan to stop by Lucy's. There's a shared parking lot right out front that seems to fill up fast, but I didn't have much trouble finding a spot, and it seems like people come in and out of the stores in this complex, so a few minutes' wait should be all you need (if that).

Occasionally, once or twice a year, she hosts a calligraphy instructor to teach an introductory class. We learned a variety of stroke patterns and dived into drawing bamboo and orchids. I had no idea this place existed but I'm so glad I know about it now.  Juxtaposed next to two eateries in modern buildings is a historical old house full of delightful locally crafted goods. Maybe the majority of offerings were ceramics but others included jewelry, ornaments, bath and body works, notebooks, teas, and way more than I could list. Some items were on the expensive side while others were less than I would've expected so I think you should be able to find pieces in your desired price range. Make your selections with care since I saw a sign by the register saying that there are no refunds. I was elated since I found perfect presents at Spruill and could wipe my brow and exclaim "Whew!" And just to wrap up (pun intended) this story, the recipients seemed to really like their presents, hooray. Friendly service. There are four or so rooms and they had multiple tables set up in each room with various items. They didn't have sellers at the tables so you were free to peruse without feeling pressure to buy. They had a nice selection of items - everything from cutting boards, kitchen napkins, jewelry, candles, and mugs to puzzles and artwork. The prices ranged. Nothing was crazy expensive but not necessarily cheap either. I found a couple of things I liked but nothing I really wanted. That along with the complete lack of reception from the people working there and I passed. (Note: A simple hello doesn't take much. You don't need to chat me up.) I'm glad I came to check out the holiday market but I don't feel like I ever need to return. As far as getting here, you can see the Gallery from the street. They're next to Fogo de Chao and across the street from the plaza with Walmart and World Market. They have a few designated spots in a lot behind the gallery and there's more unassigned parking a little farther back.

We decided we would wait until the weekend since we would have to drive from Cobb county to the city. I started doing some research and did not see ube latte on the menu. I called the phone number listed on yelp- but it appears it is just a cell number and went directly to voicemail. I went to the website and found an email address. I sent a basic question/ do you have an Ube latte on your menu? To my surprise I received a response! This simple response was exhibit A that they don't play about customer service On Saturday morning I arrived to the shop around 11am! The coffee shop is a neighborhood spot! As such, you will just have to find street parking in the neighborhood. I ended up parking a block away. This place was crowded! I did have to wait in a line. However, I enjoyed checking out the item for sale while waiting in line. The book titles had me laughing , this is your go to spot for a unique gift! We ended up ordering the following: 1. Hot Matcha latte with ube and oat milk 2. Hot ube latte with oat milk 3. Cheese danish NOTE: I did confirm that the matcha they use is NOT pre- sweetened. This is a huge plus in my book!! The item came out quickly. All items weee served in to go containers. I am not sure if this is just standard practice even if you are dining in. We were able to grab a table outside! However, this place was crowded and open seating was limited! My matcha was AMAZING! It was not too sweet, which is how I like my matcha. The cheese danish was also delightful. But there is this one girl who works there, yet I hardly see her working there anymore. I stopped by a few weeks ago here to see if they had anything on sale. Nothing. Nothing that caught my eye was on sale! But they do have pretty things such as paintings (old and modern), birthday cards, jewelry, little jokester candies (candies with little funny quotes on them), and other cool items! So.. as my friend and I walked into this store. The UNfriendly manager was there. No greetings for us, no smile.. nothing! It was RUDE and I felt so annoyed and agitated! But after us, there was this elderly woman who walked in with her husband and they got a warm friendly smile from the manager there AND a greeting!! What's up with that?! It has a bit of whimsy and it is the perfect shop for ladies. It reminds me of the place to go when you want something personal and intimate for your friends. They have a wall of plaques that included words for thought and motivation. These plaques are the perfect gift for a friend who maybe going through a hard time or working toward a specific goal and just needs that little "lift". This store had a great selection of modern cards that just seem to sum up how you feel and make you laugh out loud. Cards are such a nice way of letting your friends, (near and far) know how much you appreciate them and are thinking about them. Finally, it is also a great opportunity to treat yourself with a piece of jewelry or something special for your home.

I definitely wanted to go to the mall and we heard that Lenox Square was kind of sketchy so we shopped around for other malls and Atlantic station came up. It showed they had a Victoria's Secret. I have a bunch of $20 off of 50, from ordering too much stuff from Victoria's Secret in the first place. I wanted to do some shopping on vacation and find a deal. From the minute we walked into this Victoria secret we were greeted by two ladies, who were super friendly and super helpful. They allowed us to shop and just checked in to say did you guys need help. At one point I didn't see my size. They said that they can order it and have it shipped directly to my house at no additional charge which was really nice And they told me about all the sales that were going on. They were very sweet they complemented my outfit and we're just very attentive. One was multitasking like no other... From working in retail I know that you have to be on conference calls and multitasking, and she was, the greatest helping me while she was on the call and folding clothes. The other took her time and really worked with us to make sure that my discounts went in correctly. On the way out. They wish that we had a great stay in Atlanta and we just absolutely loved the positivity and vibe when we walked in. Also, the store was very clean and well-maintained. And as promised, my packaged arrived in two days!
