It turned out to be a mismatch of scratch and debt one off stuff. Not too much to see and it certainly did not take hours to look through as one review suggested. There just was not much worth much! It is a stack it up, hunt and Peck, display of stuff that is only for those liking to spend a lot on items that are messed up. I'd pass coming here... unless you have an hour to kill... then, come and see what crazy people are spending their money on.

I tried to return them, but was told that they will not authorize my return because it was final sale items and did not want to work with me, but told me to sell them on ebay, etc. Who does that? The vanity came with 1 dead bulb and I couldn't match it with an Amazon bulb without buying an entire set. It took her over 2 months to finally get the bulb from her!!!! I had to ask her several times over the two months. She would say she would check on the issue then days later not hear anything and that just repeated itself. I asked for the manager, Jean, to call me over this 2 month period to help but never heard from her. The sum for this total purchase was over $10k. Marcia never called to ask how is your furniture, thanks for your purchase or anything when it was delivered. Keep in mind none of the furniture is returnable!!! The nightstands are very hard to open causing them to slide across the floor when you open them but we're stuck with them regardless!

Poor quality door finish & AWFUL customer service!…read more I've purchased a ~$3000 front entry door from the Roswell location. the weather stripping on it was cut too short by the factory and had to be replaced. when I tried to contact their "customer service", the person I spoke with (Ishio) blamed me for "not checking the door before installing it" and was unable to offer a proper solution or send someone to fix/replace it. Returning the door at this point is not an option and they know it. Their "warranty" won't cover labor required to replace it (~$160) I was told that I should get a call from the general manager Tim, needless to say no one called.
