She listens to me and understands what I am trying to achieve. She only pushes me as much as I allow. When my shoulder hurts she includes more lower body exercises, when my hip hurts she includes more upper body exercises. She listens to me and adjusts the workout to suit how I am doing that day. I cannot recommend Kailey enough. She will help you to achieve your goals and she knows what works and how to gently encourage me. If you want to feel better this time next year then definitely hire Kailey as your coach. You will be a healthier person because of it.

I also had never gone to a gym before so l didn't know how to use any of the machines or know what plan to follow. When Amy and I started working together my goal was to learn how to use every machine at the gym and improve my overall health. Since working with Amy I've learned so much about what machines I like (and don't like ). Physically, I am less tired and I have more energy now than when I first started. I feel confident using the machines on my own and I feel like I belong at the gym instead of feeling out of place had I gone on my own from the start. My clothes fits me better, and I feel slimmer! I'm already down 34 pounds! When I ask about specific topics Amy always has helpful tips. We have motivating conversations and she challenges me to finish each set, but she's also receptive of my energy level and other factors I have going on. If I say I want to change something she lets me. I was a little hesitant to start with a personal trainer, but Amy's photo on the website made her look very approachable and once I met her I realized how easy going she was which made working with her an easy decision! I've loved everything we've done so far and each phase of training with her teaches me something new!
