So, yes, there will be a line. The first of our group arrived around 9 in the morning for an 11 am opening. There's a bit of cover where the line wraps from the front door, but we were definitely baking. People brought chairs, umbrellas, handheld fans, cold waters, and more to stay cool. It was still sooooo hot. People who arrived around 9 got in right at 11 and had BBQ in front of them by 11:10. People who got there around 10 got in maybe a half hour later. People who got there later had to wait closer to an hour and got in around 12. (I noticed this, because people in our group weren't all standing together in line.) Once inside, the restaurant is really nice: high ceilings, great AC, tons of tables, and an outside area, too (if you prefer to continue to sweat as you eat your BBQ).
