Another obscure review, but one that is deserving of every star I am giving!…read more A few years back I got 2 new tires at Tires Plus in New Hope, after getting a flat on 169. I declined to buy insurance on them because (as I thought) how likely was I to get another flat soon? Wrong. 2 weeks later--yes, only TWO weeks--I was up visiting a friend in Duluth when I realized something was wrong with my car...it was making a terrible noise, and I soon came to the conclusion my tire was leaking air. Thankfully, my friend Reed was with me, so we were able to pull over, put on a spare, and drive carefully to the nearest tire store--which happened to be another Tires Plus. The mechanics there were extremely friendly and not only did they replace my tire quickly, they charged me nothing(!!) Even if I had not purchased road hazard insurance, they were kind enough to replace my tire free of charge. Now if that doesn't deserve 5 stars, I don't know what does. Excellent customer service, guys!

Didn't go inside the main store so not sure if they have it inside They didn't have what we wanted so we went to another liquor store. Went to them to get a headlight replaced on my car…read more First sketchy thing that happened, the guy quoted me the price for the part and installation, which sounded a high, and then AFTER he found out they didnt have the part, and had to order it from a dealer, he asked them right in front of me, how much it was going to cost him. So, my guess is he just pulled some number out his a** and wanted to make sure he was making a big buck off me. Doesn't end here. I went ahead and told them do it because I always feel like auto repair places shaft me anyways, and he told me the part would be in by the end of the week. So I gave them my number, made sure to double check he wrote it down right, and went home. The end of the week comes, no call. Next week comes, thanksgiving week, still no call. One more week, still no call. Till this day, I have not gotten a call back! After the third week I didn't even want to call them back because that would mean still having to do business with them. All I got from the experience was $40 out of my pocket to tell me something I already knew from their "diagnostics expert", and then they didn't even order the part, or put it in their system! Would never recommend this place!
