I was coming back from Voyagers park with my boat when I noticed my trailer wheel was smoking. I pulled off the exit and quickly found ABC. Fred was happy to take a look at it immediately and although he did not have the proper parts for the hub took care of fixing it by the next day. He was fair on the price and gave me a couple of helpful tips to avoid the situation in the future. He also checked out the other hub and suggested I get that one replaced in the near future. My car had a battery issue and even though they were about to close they helped a traveler in need. They checked the battery oil and all the electrical system at the end of their day. If you take your car to ABC, be prepared to purchase your own parts. Apparently they can't get parts on credit from the local parts shops? Their prices are reasonable enough, but I will not be taking my car there again. I took it to get the wheel bearing replaced and when I went there to pick it up they were charging the battery! The mechanic gave no explanation as to why the battery needed to be charged (my dad's suggestion was that perhaps they swapped mine out with an old one), and the car drives the same as it did before so I'm not convinced they even did what I paid them to do. read more
