A great find near Hammersmith Station…read more There are many places to choose from in this area. This is why it is so desirable to live here. We were looking for a place for brunch and saw this tiny restaurant. It is small but we were able to use the one large table for our group of eight. As one could guess, they specialize in the Bretagne style of crepes (contain some buckwheat flour). Everyone ordered savory crepes (I was foolishly thinking about a dessert crepe afterwards. Big mistake. All the savory crepes we ordered (variations of different cheeses, ham, bacon, potatoes, and other great ingredients) were exceptional but there was no way I could eat more. I cannot say enough about how delicious they were. I had one with bacon strips (smoky and delicious), with Gruyère, and a sunny side up egg on top. It was my way of finding an American bacon and egg breakfast here. I was not disappointed (but may be back home now). I will be back to try the sweet crepes next. Also on the menus was a lunch with crepe, salad and a cider. Given the place the owners come from, I should have tried it as well. Next time. They did show a two for one happy hour in the late afternoon which would be nice as well. If I lived nearby this would be a regular.

My wife had a crepe with Emmental cheese, ham and spinach and I had the Fruity Sweet crepe gluten free with strawberries, raspberries and banana. Both were large and delicious. Service was great, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is cute.

Having lived here for nearly two years, I've walked past Antonia's very, very often. And almost every time I do, I think about going in and giving it a try, but never do. So this time, it was a perfect solution. And I'm very glad i did visit! The food was delicious, fresh, health and vibrant. I had a butternut squash, feta cheese and pine nut salad - a very simple plate, but something I would never have done on my own, and which was delicious. My mum had an equally tasty tortilla, and we shared some bread. Not a hefty meal for either of us, by any means, but as I'm not fond of heavy lunches, this was perfect. The prices were pretty decent too - and would be even more so with a taste london card! The only thing preventing me from giving it a full five stars was one slightly un-smiling waitress. Mostly, the service was fantastic, but the waitress who served us our food and was at the till when we paid didn't really make eye contact and barely cracked a smile the whole time we were there. Which was a shame really. But I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she was just having a bad day - I'm definitely still going to go back sometime anyway!

Free wifi to while away the day (good value coffee), fast service for a quick lunch (nicer than a meal deal from boots) and licensed if you need a post work refreshment or early dinner. Definitely go here. Soon to have a taste London deal apparently - that will be a steal.
