(really wish they had onion, garlic and everything bagels!!!) If you have multiple people in your household, you need to get at least a dozen. These are fresh, out of the oven within the last few hours - you're going to need to have one fresh with just a little butter while you wait for the next one to toast and get slathered in cream cheese. :) And only $6.50 for a dozen bagels?! How?! :) Simply amazing!! Going to have to show some restraint and not go there several times a week!! :) Oh, they also do whole wheat bagels - but I think she said that you need to order them in advance?

Despite the plaza having many changes with more cool new restaurants, Williams is still here, and most things have stayed the same despite the years since I've been--lots of room to study. Also, I think this is probably the perfect "coffee date" for any University student as it's so close to campus. I ordered a simple iced coffee that day, but my friends and I remember that their waffles are pretty good, (though I haven't tried recently to confirm).

I remembered their great bagels and good sourdough bread and how the car smelled of the freshly baked goods. I stopped there today for the usual, sesame bagels and multigrain sourdough. I was quite surprised to see that the stuff doesn't use disposable gloves for handling the goods. I actually asked why but my question was completely ignored. Seems to me also that bagels somewhat shrunk in size and they were not warm from the oven. Not today. I am quite disappointed; $9 for bread and 2 bagels and service with attitude, I will not be coming there again.

I visited for the first time on a Saturday during the Market, and sat outside. Had a veggie burrito, which was delicious, and then also got a pretzel from the stand set up about a dozen feet from our table. Service was pretty fast, considering how busy they were. They use little plastic animals to identify your table and order. I like that. I wish restaurants in my area did something similar. The Yeti also has a fun sign to go along with its festive name. And a water cooler, also, if you just want water with your meal. Wonderful place.

We stopped by for a quick drink and bite after seeing this place recommended in the Coffee Passport…read morefor K dubs, but unfortunately it ended up being a major letdown. We ordered two iced lattes: raspberry and lavender. They were ok, but nothing particularly memorable regarding the roasted beans they used. The bamboo straws were also frustratingly flimsy and kept breaking, which was especially annoying since the syrups settled at the bottom and you really needed the straws to mix the drinks properly. The major issue was the food service. We ordered a cinnamon bun and the Pregnant Sasquatch sandwich alongside our drinks, then waited nearly 30 minutes while watching people who ordered after us receive their food. When I finally went up to ask, it turned out the cashier had forgotten to send our order to the kitchen. This was stressful since we had an appointment in Toronto later in the afternoon. The cinnamon bun was then handed to us, which was sitting on the counter the whole time. Another 15 minutes later, a staff member came over to tell us they had run out of the artisan bun for the sandwich, so we had to choose an alternative. At that point, after all the delays and confusion, it honestly felt like some kind of compensation would've been appropriate. I ended up switching to sourdough bread. After waiting yet another 10 minutes, I asked if we could just cancel the sandwich altogether. The cashier assured us it was coming, and it finally arrived about 5 minutes later. To be fair, when I asked what happened, the cashier explained that they were very busy. But - there wasn't even much of a line when we placed our order, so the explanation didn't really add up. And unfortunately, after nearly an hour of waiting and spending around $30 on drinks and food, the sandwich itself was mid at best, Overall, the experience just didn't live up to the hype, and we probably won't be back.
