He welcomed me politely, and since it was a hot day, he asked if I needed water. Now who does that these days? He took care of my payments quickly and kept smiling during the said thank you! Honestly, we often miss human contact with each other and avoid each other as much as we can. I left very happy, and this branch is surely lucky to have an employee like Jay. Thank you for all your help, Jay.

As soon as I walked in, although it's a bit empty, the team member managing the lobby immediately found someone who could help upon request. I really appreciated how quickly and smoothly everything was handled. Julia Lopez was phenomenal from start to finish. She explained every step of the wire process clearly, handled everything professionally, and was incredibly patient throughout the appointment. What impressed me most was that she went above and beyond the immediate request. She took the time to understand my current banking needs, anticipated a concern I had about account fees, and proactively helped me restructure my accounts in a way that made much more sense for my situation. I walked in expecting help with a wire and left with both the wire completed and a much better account setup. Julia was knowledgeable, thoughtful, efficient, and genuinely focused on helping me--not just completing a transaction. Excellent service all around. I highly recommend this branch, and especially Julia!

ALL of my dealings with HSBC are fraught with anxiety and fear as there is NO personalized or premier treatment of my and my accounts. The only time I hear from them is when they are trying to sell me something. Whenever problems arise, even ones created by them, it is a complete nightmare to resolve. Based on my experience, it seems you would have to be a very high net worth client (above $20 million) n order to get any sort of decent and professional treatment. I do not trust that they will take care of me, nor that they have my best interest at the forefront of their mission. Hence, why I get so anxious and stressed when an issue arises.
