The only issue we had with this store was the fact that the staff seemed a bit guarded and made us feel uncomfortable as we shopped. It seemed like we were being watched the whole time we were in the store which is always a huge turn off for me. In the end, we loved the selection, but we're a huge fan of the service.

When my 11 year-old knocked over a small sign on the floor, she sighed in disbelief and immediately came over to pick it, all the while shooting nasty looks at the kids. When she picked up a bracelet and exclaimed, "Oh, it's a pretty bracelet!" Diane made sure to tell her, "And it's an 80 dollar bracket!" as is it's too expensive for her. When I asked to see the manager, Mark came out and simply gave me his card and said, "I'm sorry." It's a shame a Diane's dislike for children lost the store $300 in sales. Can't be the first time they treated guests like that. Over priced garbage and even worse customer service.
