Called Matt after my appliance repair gentleman suggested him and he went out of his way to help me. Located the color and model I was looking for and said he could deliver in four days. All over the phone due to the virus. He was as good as his word and the men who delivered were the nicest and most understanding. They allowed me time to look over the range before bring it in and allowed me time to clean the floor under the old range before putting in the new one. Imagine my surprise when the screws intended to secure the washer dropped out. The washer was not attached to the cabinet frame, it was simply setting inside the counter cabinet. When I contacted the owner of LAMBCO, Mr. Lambert, and detailed my complaint and request for a proper installation, I was told they would do nothing as the date of the installation service exceeded their one-month warranty. Such a warranty was never included in the invoice and what reputable company has such a limited period to correct for such shoddy service? I'll buy my appliances elsewhere. I purchased two shirts from this store for…read moremy department, and brought in a shirt for them to use as a reference for embroidery which the staff member took a photo of wrote down what I ordered. They told me it would be two weeks, which ended up being three weeks. When I arrived to pick up my order both shirts were not the same design and were not what I showed them from the reference, one shirt had the right lettering on the back but wrong logo/patch on front ( it did have the right town atleast) the second shirt had the same issue with logo/patch on front and on back was not the same as other shirt. At that time I informed that member of staff that I can't except this shirt it isn't what I ordered, she stated " I knew he was gonna do this this way, I will see if there is any way we can fix it and call you when it is ready". A month goes by with no call, so I took it upon my self to call and find out what was going on. When I called a male staff member answered and I told him why I was calling and asked if my shirt was ready. The man stated that he couldn't fix the issue, that he did what was described to him on the paper, and that if I wanted a certain design that he would need a picture of the design, that he couldn't reimburse me or give me another shirt because he would be out the cost of the shirt. At this point I was I stated that the woman staff member wrote down and took a picture of the shirt design I wanted and I could not except it the way it was because it wasn't what I ordered, at that time he put the female staffer on the phone she changed her story and told me they couldn't give me a new one, and what they could do is send back to add on the words below it or I could find someone who didn't mind my name being on the shirt and sell it to them! I mean come on our you serious!! So you mess up on a product that a customer purchases from your store and these are the options you give when it is clearly the stores fault... come on! Horrible customer service and staff communication. I recommend going else where for uniform embroidery and purchases!
