Ordered leather that was listed as in stock. Nearly three weeks went by without a word. It took an email and a phone call to reach someone and be told that the leather was out of stock and wouldn't be in for another week. Another week goes by, nothing. Call again....delayed again. Finally, a month after I ordered, it's on its way.
No attempt to notify customers of ridiculous delays at all. No apologies for the delay. Still charged full price and sent standard ground shipping. I ordered this leather to make a commissioned piece, and now I've essentially lost that work.
I would expect a business that wishes to stay in business to care enough to be proactive in updating their customers, not just leave them hanging for weeks on end, and at the least offer an apology if not some other attempt to make the situation right. First and probably last time I order here unless they change how they do things. read more
