We've been coming to Cameron for several years now, and we're always happy with her work. Even…read morethough it's about an hour drive for us, it's absolutely worth it. We've called other salons closer to home, but their prices are much higher, and the quality and service here keep us coming back. In all our visits, we've never experienced any rudeness or negativity quite the opposite. The staff has always been professional and welcoming. As for the cancellation fee some people mention, it's important to be realistic appointments here take hours, and that's valuable time set aside specifically for you. It's completely fair for a business to protect that time. We personally do our best not to cancel, but when something unavoidable comes up, we understand and respect their policy. Overall, we've had nothing but great experiences and will continue to come back! Thanks Cameron and Pawlished Paws!!!!!

I've been coming to Pawlish Paws for over 15 years, and they have always provided good service…read moreuntil I brought my Bernadoodle in for grooming. My son brought our Bernadoodle in to be groomed, and they convinced him that he was matted and required a summer cut. My son reluctantly agreed, and they completely shaved him. To do a summer cut requires no finesse in grooming, and they charged me $189 for a cut that took less than 15 minutes that is no different than a farmer shearing his lambs. Here is a picture of what matted hair looks like, and pictures of my dog before his summer cut. If you look at his summer cut, check out his ears and tail, you can see they did take the time to brush out. Which means they were too lazy to accommodate us. I also pointed out to them that when I brought him there last year, they were accommodating to my request of a trim and could pull up the record on their system. They made the excuse that they couldn't do it because their system was in transaction mode. I question their integrity because they used to list the prices of the services they provided. Now they can subjectively name their prices. I expressed my concerns, and this group of employees quickly dismissed me, saying my pet was a big dog, therefore it cost more, no bigger than my Huskies, which I paid far less for grooming. If you have experienced this type of customer service, stand your ground and demand that they meet your needs/desires for your pet's grooming. What happened to that friendly family atmosphere?

I just completed Tim's training program for my 14 year old chihuahua and I couldn't be happier with…read morethe results. My pup Indy would zigzag around me during walks, be paralyzed from fear if a car approached us on a crosswalk, and refuse to walk into any store. In other words, not really socialized. After meeting w Tim regularly, Indy walked with confidence through a Home Depot ON A WEEKEND! We were dodging massive carts left and right and she was trotting through the store like it was nobody's business. Tim was there every step of the way teaching me how to reassure her she's safe. He also checked in on me to reassure me I've got this! Working with him you quickly learn the training is more for you than the pup. With his help I know how to read her behavior and adjust my movements accordingly. The best part is Tim would check in on me and my old lady to see how training at home was progressing. If I have questions in the future, I can message him for guidance. He's always got our back.

I used Rover once and yes it may work for some but i was lied to and could not trust them again. I was Stressing! Tim was the only one that reached out and said i am going to help you . A few times we spoke and He introduced me to Jon who came over not once but twice to meet with me , i have barky dogs , he knew how to calm them, got down with them and let them sniff him after that it was tail wags /barking stopped- he so experienced knows what to do and so re -assuring to me (we have never left them since babies) I have a 15 year old poodle and two 1 year old Malteses , as you can see they have different needs , Jon went above and beyond to make sure all those needs were met and that they were safe since we back up to an empty golf course that typically have coyotes run through , the feeling of my babies being in great hands and safe made my mind relax so much , we don't have kids so these are our babies. Jon got our mail/ packages from porch to, he really is just a wonderful person, loyal, trustworthy and makes it seem seamless, everything i can ask for. Without Tim and Jon this trip would have never happened. I appreciate you both so much.
