If I could give this place 10 stars I would. To start off it's a cute local place where the staff is friendly and so nice! They have an outdoor seating area as well as a bar seating w 4-5 large tvs to watch. It was also fun to watch the gentleman making the pizzas toss the dough! That's the mark of someone who really knows what they are doing. We had a recommendation from a local to try the place so we figured it would be good. Pizza isn't as 'easy' as people seem to think it is. Finding really good pizza can be hard. So I was hopeful it would be good, but wasnt expecting more than that. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. It was delicious! the toppings were top notch. It was LOADED w toppings, not just a few on the top but truly covered. It was cooked to perfection. I ordered a slice of pizza and it's took a while to get my slice of pizza and when I finally did get my pizza, it was burned. The bottom was burned like coal. It was not enjoyable because I felt like I was eating burnt toast the entire time and the only distraction was the vegetables on the pizza. The customer service on the other hand I would give that A 5 star, the food I give a one star and that brings me to a total of three stars. Just my honest review review. Horrible September 30 minutes waiting on a sandwich and I was the only one in there besides one person

I was really excited about this place based on previous reviews, but I was very disappointed. 1. NONE of the employees were wearing masks, and they were speaking loudly while conversing with each other. I probably should have left, given that not even the young man making the pizza was wearing a mask. 2. The person forgot my pepperoni for my sausage & pepperoni pizza, and then just stuck them on and heated it back up for a few minutes. 3. The pizza itself had too much cheese, and while the crust was good, the toppings part felt sloppily done. The decor is nice and there is ample parking. I felt as if in light of COVID, I would expect to see a business be more intentional with ensuring that staff members took cleanliness and best practices more seriously. read more

We stopped in for take out on July 3rd and I really wanted to like this place. Supporting local establishments is important to me and I prefer to frequent them over chain restaurants. I just can't bring myself to give a rating over 2 stars though. The crust itself wasn't bad, but it was soggy on the middle of the pie and the toppings didn't make it within 2 inches of the edge. That makes a good portion of a large pie as a big hunk of crust - basically turning it into a medium at a higher cost. Let's talk about the toppings for a moment... the sausage pie that we ordered was the best of the two but it didn't have the double sausage on it that we ordered and still had the same crust issue. The "supreme" pie seemed to be missing some things - like all of the veggies! I'm ok being told by a restaurant that they're running low on things - I'd have chosen something else. But, I do like to be given a choice. I'm not sure if the owner was on-premise but it didn't appear they were. Service was somewhat lackadaisical and matter of fact. I don't think I even saw one of the women even smile the entire time I was there. I'd love to say I'd be back, but it's unlikely even though we pass right by the place regularly. The best pizza in Georgia! Period. While visiting South Bend, Indiana (for family), my husband and I ran across this local pizza place that was so good! Since then we've been on a pizza hunt and we are not even big pizza eaters. Like trying to find that "High" we got from that place. When I tell you we have not been able to find anything... even with places in atlanta. We ran across this place bc we pass it often and we're both so glad we stopped by. We've eaten here twice and both times have been so good! So glad we were able to find a go to place and even better it's not far from home. Their garlic knots are also *chefs kiss*. Never had anything like them. They are so cheesy and buttery. So good! And the pizza is amazing. From the toppings to the sauce to the cheese to the crust. All good! This past week I took my family out and we stumbled over this Pizza Shop and was not disappointed. We meet some locals who had just finished up and they even spoke highly of them! I ordered the bruschetta, 2 cessation salads and large pie half pepperoni. It was an extremely hot day so we opt to have water. I had heard some good things about this place but I'm not a huge pizza person, the only pizza I really eat is I love new york style pizza. My husband is super picky about pizza as he's from up north, but we stopped by anyway not expecting much. We walked in and was greeted right away by a nice waitress, it was a Sunday afternoon so it was pretty quiet. Place was nice and clean. He ordered just a slice to try. ( pepperoni,onions, mushrooms) and also chicken Alfredo. Well when everything arrived we were surprised how huge the pizza slice was. And it was cooked well done and crispy at the bottom, super flavorful. A lot of pizza places just taste like cardboard and soggy but this pizza you could taste every vegetable and flavor on this pizza. We were in shock that there was acutely a good pizza place in the area. The Alfredo was good also , not dry and with plenty of sauce and large portions. When we went to pay the cook I'm guessing or maybe owner came out to greet and asked how everything was. will definitely be back soon. **UPDATE- don't want to take back my previous 5 star review because that day was amazing but went back yesterday 03/10 and order the same a pepperoni pizza and I would give it two stars it was terrible. It was soggy and mushy,The crust was completely different. Last time was a nice chewy crispy crust and pizza was cooked well done. Great pizza. Reminds me of the pizza I grew up eating in New Jersey. One small thing...They should really use better mushrooms on the pizza. Mine were wet. The pizza has a thin crust but not to thin and a perfect amount of toppings. A little disappointed there was no sauce on the kids spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs though are awesome! Family owned with a great staff that is very professional and nice. We go so much we know many of them by name. The food is delicious.  We had Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, chicken Parmesan, 6 piece boneless wings, spaghetti with meatballs , and their pizza. Every dish is prepared with love, seasoned great and very, very, delicious. Compliments to the chef! We keep coming back--this is our spot and we have never been disappointed. We decided to  try the desserts so we have had cheese cake and peach cobbler.  All the food was very tasty and we are loyal customers -lol, they know us by our name. Stop at this little gem on my way home from work. First thing first I looked on Yelp for a pizza joint near my current location and Poppin Pizza came up as an option. Reviews were good do I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Large Poppin Pepperoni and an order if cheese sticks. Let me tell you this was some of the best pizza I ever had the pleasure of putting my mouth. It was so good that I had to hurry home to get a second opinion and my wife agreed that this pizza was delicious. I am not forgetting the cheese sticks but the pizza was the definite star.
