Saying that, I have been disappointed in my snacks and tossed much of the popcorn during my last few visits. The first issue - the popcorn seems broken up, making it feel like I'm getting the bottom of the barrel rather than a fresher portion. The bigger disappointment was my bag of Chicago mix (cheddar and caramel) seemed different. Instead of two separate flavors in the same bag each piece was caramel but shaken up in cheddar flavor. Not the same result. Service is helpful and quick. The shop is easy to get in and out of for a drive by and full of containers in addition to the popcorn counter.
