Immediately after arriving I checked the boxes and realized that instead of my medium pizza with pineapple, ham and red onion, they delivered a gluten free, cheese only pizza. The other pizza and wings order was correct. I contacted Pizza By Johnny through their website (since I ordered the pizza online) and informed them of the error and have not yet received a response. I originally opted to try Pizza By Johnny to avoid the chain options in town and to support local business but it's really not worth the trouble or the money. I mean courtesy aside, the pizza is basically like an off-brand Delissio. Unfortunately, there aren't many other independent pizza shops in town and I will have to opt for a chain going forward as the experience, product and response have all been completely unsatisfactory. I had the decency to call you and explain the situation and you offered to cook another one for me. I was not able to drive back 20 minutes again to pick up another order so I thought the least you could do was deliver me a cooked one. The answer I got was a No because they don't have any delivery drivers and the only option was that I can come pick up another one. The business under prior management actually generated enough revenue to support it's own delivery drivers (some of which were my friends). It's clearly become a pretty sad joint now but I strongly recommend if you decide to eat from this place that you inspect your food before becoming sick.

I appreciate how they offer different sizes of cheesesteaks since this allowed me to try multiple flavours in one sitting. I also like the fact they are open late (even later on Friday / Saturday) since finding tasty late-night food in this area seems a bit difficult. Staff that night was friendly, too.
