I'm gonna go for #11.
Steven S H C.

Searching for that perfect snack before dinner and what a better place than the food court. Specifically Park Meadows. Started with the Shake Shack and down to road to Sabaroro, Chick-fil-A, Chinese and skipped Renzios (bad experience) and when I saw the menu at the Popeyes, thos was it. Love at 1st site and actually never had chance to try it till today. How was it?.It was lot better than I expected. How was it compare to Chick-fil-A? It was spicier, meatier and buns were lot better. Chicken pattie were crispy till the last bite and the spicy flavor was definitely stronger than the competition. $4.99 for sandwich at here, $5.19 at Chick-fil-A. Do not know the quality of chickens but definitely a good alternative to one another to try different flavors. Oh.. this one didn't come with "my pleasure" Do you notice the hidden chicken below the sign?

12 piece all dark spicy chicken , in the box, 8 wings and a back? Also got 2 breasts and one leg. Do it correctly. It is just sad.

The oil used to fry the chicken was rancid or burnt. Everyone seemed to be disappointed. I'm not going to try this place again.

In-N-Out Burger - Double Double animal style

Came for a birthday treat…read more In-N-Out has everything down to a science. The employee at the drive though taking my order was friendly and helpful. The cashier was efficient and the associate who gave me my food made sure everything was correct. My order was a double double animal style with extra grilled onions. If you've never had In-N-Out the double double is two patties of meat with two pieces of melted American cheese, fresh iceberg lettuce, tomato and spread on a delicious bun. Animal style adds mustard on the patties, extra spread, pickles and grilled onions. I also sprung for animal style fries well. The well means the fries are cooked a bit longer than normal. In-N-Out does use fresh potatoes so they're made to order. They have Coke products and usually go for that or fresh iced tea. Today I sprung for a Neapolitan shake, which is chocolate, strawberry and vanilla mixed together. A delicious meal and I'll be back again.

I asked that they adjust from dine in to carry out and they did great. There weren't spots to be had to sit anyway. Unfortunately, the animal style burger seemed cold as did the animal style fries. Let's face it, their fries kind of suck. Even with all the stuff on them they weren't much better. The special sauce doesn't have the zing of Mickey D's. I don't think I'll be going there again. We don't have them in the Midwest where I live, and I'm okay with that. Over hyped.

I don't think I've ever had such a disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A. I placed two separate…read morecurbside pickup orders and arrived at 7:01 PM, immediately marking myself as "I'm here." My first order came out within 4 minutes, which was great. However, after waiting 10 minutes for the second order, I went inside to ask about it and was told it would be ready shortly. Meanwhile, I watched at least 15 cars go through the drive-thru and receive their food with no issue. I then asked another team member what was taking so long, and he explained they were waiting on a kale salad. Another 10 minutes passed before my order finally came out... over 20 minutes total for a curbside order. At that point, my first order was already cold because of the delay. When I asked to speak with a manager to better understand why a kale salad took over 20 minutes, I was told they "don't usually make kale salads on Saturdays" and had to prep more. Honestly, that explanation made no sense to me considering it's still on the menu. If an item is going to take that long, customers should be informed upfront so they can decide whether they want to wait or change their order. What disappointed me even more was the lack of communication, urgency, or even a simple apology from the manager. Not once did I feel like the inconvenience was acknowledged. Waiting 20+ minutes for curbside while drive-thru orders continuously went out is unacceptable. Chick-fil-A has always been known for great service, but this experience completely missed the mark. Very disappointed, do better. Here's the kicker, they lied about when the orders came out, look at the times. Order 1's time is correct. I didn't get the second order until 7:21. Plus there's were no roasted almonds on top. Imagine taking 20 min for a food item and it's not correctly prepared.

Barely even noticed I was there. To be fair as I'm writing this review, the older guy working there is coming back from taking out the trash. So I have no idea if he knows what he's doing, so this review is not about him. So anyway, the guy eventually came over, and I figured maybe... I don't know... they were running out of food or they were closing or something. So I asked him if they were still open? I guess he could tell I was confused by his complete lack of enthusiasm. Then when I asked him if he could do onions on a certain burger (that he said didn't have onions when I asked), he literally rolled his eyes at me while mumbling something. So I told him he should maybe try a little bit harder and that he was maybe in the wrong industry. Idk, since this is a service business?? Dude I'm sorry that you hate working here, for whatever reason that might be, but there's no reason to treat people like they're an inconvenience. And yes, I'm pretty pissed right now. ---- Went across the street to Dave's Hot Chicken. Food was awesome! And the service was exceptional. They introduced themselves, they told me their name after I got done ordering. They told me to let them know if I needed anything else. Above and beyond... you should send your employees over there so that they could get an idea of what customer service can look like. This was a shame. I had always liked Good Times before.
