We quite literally just got our food like 10 minutes ago. We live two minutes away and wanted some popeyes so we decided to get 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 large fries, and a regular mac and cheese. The service wasn't bad at all. we drove the two minutes home and sat and started to eat and EVERYTHING but the Mac and cheese was cold, not even warm, the chicken sandwiches and fries were cold and not even good to eat because of how cold they were. the only thing that was warm, i wouldn't say it was hot, but at least it was close to the temperature that it was supposed to be. Eh, Popeyes is honestly overrated. The chicken sandwich is average and the fries are awful. Every time I've ordered their fries, they are soggy and have little to no seasoning on them. It's just not as good as it is often hyped up to be. The biscuits are dry and super bland. The buns on the chicken sandwiches get all wet and soggy like a sack of wet clothes. There's a variety of sides, though I like to ask for them on a plate because their containers seem to leak that styrophone-like taste into your food (mainly the mac&cheese). Every time we are on the south side, where my fiancée works, we want to get Popeyes because, unfortunately, there isn't one in Grand Ledge where we live.....this location is HORRIBLE!!!!!
