Artificially deflating ticket times by making you pull off before you get your food. Then they let you sit there for 10 minutes before they even bring your bag out. But because you pulled away from the window, the system says they have super fast ticket times, and management doesn't see a problem. Ridiculous. read more

I was very pleasantly surprised when I came here for lunch the other day! Didn't go inside the restaurant so I can't speak on the cleanliness or anything, but I can say that the drive thru service was friendly and helpful! This review is based entirely on my experience at the drive thru. We live in the northwest suburbs near Detroit but we come to the Lansing area occasionally to visit friends. That was the case today but at a hospital. So when we were ready to head home we decided to grab a quick bite before the drive. This Wendy's was conveniently located near the entrance to the Interstate so we pulled in and went for the drive thru lane. We like their large Grilled Chicken Sandwich and there was a deal in the Wendy's App for BOGOF so...DEAL! We pulled up to the speaker and referenced the App deal as we placed our order. They read it back and gave me my total, $5.29! We pulled ahead to the window with two cars ahead of us, they quickly had their orders filled and drove off. As I pulled up we got a friendly greeting, repeat of the order and total, I paid, we were handed our order and we pulled over to the lot to have our dinner! The Grilled Chicken Sandwich was, as usual, a nicely seasoned and grilled chicken breast placed on a Multigrain Bun with Mixed Greens and some Honey Mustard, served hot, exactly how we like it. Came during the hours they said they were open online, no one ever came to take my order.

I came here for lunch and luckily we got in before the line formed behind us. I ordered a burger and made it a meal. I upgraded to a medium drink and fries, and added nuggets. My food came out really quickly, along with other members in the training I came from. All of the food was fresh. The burger was delicious and was not too oily. I have had oily burgers from Wendy's before, so I was happy to see that this one was not oily. The fries were hot and fresh. The nuggets were good, but I wish they were hotter, they were slightly on the cold side. The pop was slighlty watered down, but that is expected in fast food restaurants for me. The seating area was really nice and clean. The floors and table areas were nice and clean, which was a nice change. read more

Poor food. Tried their Sausage, Egg on an English Muffin. Poor quality. The English muffin was STALE! How could that be, it early in the morning when food should be fresh! Obviously they take a several-days-old muffin and try to "soften it up". Didn't work! About two years ago we tried their crouissantwich (sp?). It was soggy. Worst Wendy's ever. read more

With this wild situation recently some places completely losing power and all that. But Wendy's was open...I think they were restricted in some ways considering how long the wait was. Five star reviews are five stars worth of free food!!! These Wendy's crewmembers outperform their local competitors because of their customer service. That's it. The end. The end all and be all! I had a mobile order, the app said that I would get free french fries with my mobile order of by a bacon Ater get one for a buck. But of course when I got there that wasn't the case and so they adjusted the order for me much to my delight also giving me my free Frosty with my keychain. I was so excited I didn't even fill out the customer satisfaction survey on the back of my receipt - I went straight to yelp! Quality and size of food just keeps dropping, but prices are the same or higher. Nuggets are now the size of a quarter, and cheeseburger is literally a third of an inch thick, with 2 small bacon chips on it. I won't be back. read more

The staff is rude, unprofessional, slow, and the service is unreliable (the frosty machine goes down. You wait in a very long line, just to be told that they "ran out of frosty mix"). Yes, it is cheesy to review a chain restaurant, but I have not had Wendy's in 2 years. We just don't have any in Urbana-Champaign, IL. My question: When did the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger jump from a value of $1 to a whopping $1.19? ... How can you still call that a value? Awful. First of all, the drive thru worker didn't say a single word to me when I was at the window. No "hello" or "have a good day", didn't even look at me.
