I ordered on the kiosk and waited at the counter to pay for 10-15 minutes kept getting looked at and talked to but not one person asked if I needed help or if I needed anything. Extremely poor service, there were other customers waiting longer than I did. Also the Lobby was dirty, papers and food on the floor tables not wiped off food and spilled drinks on some tables. This is the worst McDonald's on the planet. Waited in line for a half hour. By the time I got to the drive thru window, they were out of half my order. Back cash yelled at me because they were out of pies, like that was my fault. I asked for ice cream. Ice cream was down with a double drive thru line wrapped around the building. When they make a mistake they get the worst attitude when they have to fix something like a well done muffin or extra cheese. 9 times out of 10 your food is cold and done wrong. I would have given zero stars if possible. Or when taken one away. Every single time we go to this location they get something on our order COMPLETELY wrong. Its the closest location to our home. To start its not like we go every week, so you would think they would get it right at least once. We have even gone back and they have made the same exact mistake they made on the original order EVEN though it says the correct order on the paper attached. I'm usually understanding and really nice to people and I get that they are human and mistakes are made...but if they were ever apologetic at all, then ok....but no, not one little bit. All I will say is that if minimum wage is going up (and it definitely should). Then the level of service should reflect that! I hope workers will receive a decent wage, just as I hope I will receive decent service! I recently work there for about 2 days the training was terrible and the workplace was absolutely disgusting. I looked behind the fryers in the grill and there was just huge piles of old nasty grease and old food, that place should be shut down. They have tons of health code violations and they also didn't train me to where there was a lot of cross-contamination of the food. That place needs to be shut down I would work 8 hours and they wouldn't even give me a break so that's why I quit working for them they mistreat their workers and they are very sloppy I would not recommend eating here read more

I decided to just go in and pick up the food at which time they decided to cancel my order because I pulled out of line into a parking spot. I'd give zero stars if possible. This store and the employees that work here are not a good representative of the McDonalds brand. Ray Kroc and the McDonalds brothers would be embarrassed! Senior leadership should definitely take a close look at this store. I've nicknamed this store the Ghetto McDonalds. Seems like they can never get an order right. This has happened on multiple occasions. Staff are not trained on how to give basic customer service. They mess up orders when we clearly told them what we wanted. When we tell them they got the order wrong they tell us "sorry, that's what you ordered, so that's what you got". Can't even speak proper English. Store is dirty. No paper towels in the restroom for customers to dry their hand quickly. Instead they only put air dryers which customers don't like to use. So instead of washing their hands after touching their genitalia they do t wash their hands. Then other customers have to touch the same door handle they did. It's like touching some strangers genitalia. SICK! You put paper towel dispensers in the kitchen for your employees to use. I guess you don't care about your customers. Customers should get paper towel dispensers in restrooms. Floor has been filthy on more than one occasion. When I come. Especially the rugs. Also, they redefine fast food I the drive-thru. Waiting more than 10 minutes in the drive-thru and then they get it wrong and tell you it is your fault. Hire some staff that are better educated please! The orders are usually correct and, on occasion, if mistakes occur they are quickly rectified. I don't go into the lobby to order at this place because the staff is miserable. Their melancholic aura sucks the life right out of ya, and this was true pre-COVID, so that's not an excuse. However, the drive thru is usable. I haven't had any issues with missing items or anything like that.
