Well for starters, I wasn't expecting much. I didn't think Arkansas was known for brisket but I figured what the hell. This was some very good brisket. I would venture a guess that it is the best brisket in Eureka and unless there are some real Texas BBQ joints there, one of the best in all of Arkansas. Have I had better?
