I came here with my brother, and I am NEVER GOING BACK. We ordered some food (which ended up being less than decent) and sodas to go. My brother was drinking from his soda when something got caught in his mouth, that he spit out. He opened his cup to see a FINGERNAIL CLIPPING at the bottom of his drink. They open at 10am -- I tried to enter the lobby at 10:45 but the door was locked but there was a little girl running around the lobby in her diaper (gross) so I assumed she might have locked the door. I called to see if the lobby was suppose to be open and was told no and then got hung up on... Got in my vehicle to go through the drive thru instead...a lady comes over speaker to say they only had filets available. So I tried to ask if they would have fries available as well or if it was only the filets. A different rude lady comes over the speaker to ask "WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO ORDER?" So I left. This restaurant was great 3 years ago. Now it's terrible. We've been there when the drink machine didn't work. The quality of the classic chicken sandwich has declined here. The last time we went there the order taker was rude to me about the spelling of my name (Erin vs Aaron both pronounce the same so who cares how you spell it). The receipt machine didn't work. Same thing with them they were at the menu sitting there then they drove up to the window and talked to a girl up there mind you the other girl that's supposed to be there is outside on the phone. So we pull up to the window when the truck pull up then they tell us that the girl is ready for us and that we have to get back in line to place an order. 2 cars had pulled up by then. At this point I'm sticking out just to see how long it takesThey are holding everyone up from ordering until they send the person ahead of you off with their food. They did not even greet me, I had to ask if I could place my order. To which they said they'll be right with me. Now, we wait. At 7:20 they allowed me to order. I ordered a 5 pc tender meal with fries, plus a strawberry biscuit. It took them only 4 minutes to get my food to me when I arrived at the window. 4 minutes to turn around a customer does not add up to a 45 min wait in the drive thru. The lady who handed me my food was pleasant. Once out of line and back on the road, I opened my tenders to find that they were cold. Not hot. Not warm. Absolutely cold. The biscuit was over cooked. The fries had been sitting a while in their own grease and were no longer edible. The strawberry biscuit I had high hopes for, but it too was over cooked and cold to boot. I ended throwing away the entire meal that I had just paid nearly $25 for. It's as if I took $25 in cash and ripped it up in front of me. I want to take the time to say, it's probably not the employees' fault. They probably showed up to work with a skeleton crew that was not able to keep up with the demand.
