Ordered a 12 piece chicken finger basket to go and all I had was a gift card with plenty of money on it for the meal. When I pulled up to pay the gift card system was down. The GM Michael said don't worry about it , the meal was on him. Because he is a manager who cares about return customers, I will be back! Thank you Michael! You are a great man! read more

Stopped by on our road trip and ate quickly to get out. Cashiers were in a mood when we walked in and remained that way with the other customers. Talked under breath and argued with an attitude. My husband used the restroom and said it was the most disgusting place he had ever seen. There were no condiments out, no napkins out, no utensils out. Kindness and cleanliness were absent at this location and it definitely turned our family from fast food for a while. Sad situation. Must avoid. read more

David has turned this place around!!! Used to wait an hour for 3 for $5. That man puts so much effort every single time. Popeye's thank your for bringing him in and saving this store from the previous management. This place is back on my go to list read more

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - This meal has seen better days.... Ordered the tenders and got these sad little pieces of fried batter. Do better. - Fast Food Near Me - Crestview, Florida

The manager was very outstanding in hospitality. Food was nice and fresh. Asked if we needed anything else and made it his goal to fulfill our request. Clean dining area, except women's bathroom lock does not work. Will come back during our travels. read more

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Front of store - Fast Food Near Me - Crestview, Florida

Calarence is one of the best managers I have encountered in my life I've been going to Popeye's for a very long time and he has been totally totally great each and every time you go in there his house of parity is really nice He always approaches the counter with Grace and love and I enjoy going to Popeye's knowing that he's going to be there to service me He's such a great manager read more

Clarence was so kind and helpful. He made sure everything was rest and me and my family were satisfied. I would go to this location every time. Thanks Clarence, yours the best! read more

DONT COME HERE. INSIDE IS CLOSED! Terrible service, (also drive thru only) probably hiding the fact of who's touching your food in the back, along with terrible food. Worse than your average Popeyes. And that's saying something. Burn this place down with every one of its workers inside. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Got my order wrong while ordering. Tried to correct it and he argued and then wouldn't finish my order. I couldn't find a number to call or speak with a manager because the doors are locked!!! read more

This place should be closed. Unfriendly staff and the fire alarm going off in the trouble mode whole time I was in the lobby. They lock the door so know won can come in. I waited for my 3 chicken thighs for 35 minutes and the were over cooked or either the grease was old. The owner should be ashamed of themselves to operate a business like this I will never eat at this place again. I would put a zero star if I could. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. 1. They rarely (if ever) open the lobby/dining room, so if you are picking up a mobile order or trying to get door dash, they have to wait (about an hour) in the drive through line. 2. Not only are the employees rude, the management is the worst. They know how horrible they are and don't care. There is absolutely no attempt at anything like customer service. 3. Recently they have been having a problem with bugs in the food and drinks, Health Inspectors please take note! read more

The service sucks and the wait is terrible the folks at the window was acting like she hated me and I didn't even know her for what your paying just go to a nice restaurant and don't waste your time unless you like being treated as if your not even wanted there most folks around here know me as I grew up here and I really loved Popeye's fried chicken but I don't put up was it's that kind of treatment God bless everybody read more

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - A used to be customer!!! - Fast Food Near Me - Crestview, Florida

They open at 10am -- I tried to enter the lobby at 10:45 but the door was locked but there was a little girl running around the lobby in her diaper (gross) so I assumed she might have locked the door. I called to see if the lobby was suppose to be open and was told no and then got hung up on... Got in my vehicle to go through the drive thru instead...a lady comes over speaker to say they only had filets available. So I tried to ask if they would have fries available as well or if it was only the filets. A different rude lady comes over the speaker to ask "WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO ORDER?" So I left. Let me tell you I've been around to a lot of Popeyes and I have never.. ever had such a positive experience in a fast food restaurant much less a Popeye's than I have the past few times that I have been to the Crestview Popeyes ! Stopped by at 10:40 am on Friday (they open at 10). As I drove up a worker was outside playing on his phone mean mugging me as I drove towards the drive thru. I asked for a chicken sandwich, and I was politely told they didn't have any patties ready. So open for 40+ minutes and the most popular item on the menu isn't available. read more

Easy three or four despite the looong wait and having to run inside to get some missing things. Most people would have been upset, methinks, but the food was so hot and fresh, was worth waiting for. Delicious, actually. And I just don't know how everyone was so very friendly and nice given the honking line. Doh! read more

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - drive thru sign - Fast Food Near Me - Crestview, Florida

Angela was very rude because we paid $10 with Apple Pay and had to count $4 in change. She said she didnt have time for this. Very unprofessional and very unhappy lady. I will be contacting the corporate office over the way we were treated me and my daughter did not deserve that kind of treatment and she needs to learn professionalism. Also some manners would be nice. read more

I really try to give fast food workers the benefit of the doubt considering what profession they're in but in this case I cannot. We have waited an hour in the parking lot after opening not once but twice to get our food. The lobby is almost always closed. Majority of the staff talk over you or get an attitude. There's not much I can say to really recommend this Crestview location. Please do better and get reliable staff. read more

This restaurant was great 3 years ago. Now it's terrible. We've been there when the drink machine didn't work. The quality of the classic chicken sandwich has declined here. The last time we went there the order taker was rude to me about the spelling of my name (Erin vs Aaron both pronounce the same so who cares how you spell it). The receipt machine didn't work. When I asked for a receipt, the order person appeared exasperated & told me they would have to hand write one. I wanted it so I could do the survey. They obviously didn't want me to complete a survey. We will never return. read more

so basically my mom oredered a three piece combo and asked if it could be a large meal because that's how it's advertised on the menu , the person over the headset responds laughing and says "fuckin how!?" and she was like oh I'm sorry it says different sizes and he says obviously it's the drink and my mom apologized SHOULD NOT OF HAD TO , this was the manager at crestview read more

WHAT A FUCKING SHIT SHOW! SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. 2 cars in the drive-thru? Just turn around it'll take them 45 minutes to make a couple sandwiches it is absolutely mind boggling. Asked me to hold on a minute before I ordered for 15 minutes then took another 20-30 until I could actually get what I came for. Workers are fucking stupid and the fries are cold. The service was poor. We were in line for good 5-10 minutes. The girl was outside on the phone with the headset in her hand. It was a truck before us. Same thing with them they were at the menu sitting there then they drove up to the window and talked to a girl up there mind you the other girl that's supposed to be there is outside on the phone. So we pull up to the window when the truck pull up then they tell us that the girl is ready for us and that we have to get back in line to place an order. 2 cars had pulled up by then. Horrible service plus the lobby was locked when we pulled in at 8:30. read more

this restaurant was TERRIBLE. didnt say there was a wait before she swiped my card so we ended up waiting 20 minutes before i walked inside and asked for a refund, the heavyset man ended up giving me my food and forgot 1 of my sides. he added 2 pies for inconvenience and STILL forgot the side. i dont want no fucking pie. my wings were soggy as hell, oil was literally sloshing around my bowl. i tried to be polite because i work in customer service but the lady the register had her shirt tied up like a croptop. AT WORK. terrible place, i understand why they have 1.5 stars read more

We stopped to get dinner on the way home and the service at the drive-thru was horrendous. It was hard to hear the person taking the order and I tried to explain that. She was extremely rude. We get to the windows and find out it was the manager on duty and when I try again to explain it was hard to hear what she was asking I get the, "no one else had a problem hearing her". There was no reason for the rudeness. I've always had friendly service there until this visit. Everyone has bad days but don't take it out on the customer who is not being rude or anything else. read more

Im giving this restaurant a 5 star because I went a few weeks ago and an employee had long unsanitary nails. I canceled my order and a male manager was on duty. I told him why. Recently i went back and I. noticed the employee who had the long unsanitary nails had removed them her nails were groomed and appeared clean And the customer service is outstanding at this restaurant every time I g.o. To the young male manager and your team great job. Thank you! 5stars read more

Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars. This place is horrible. The service is awful, and the employees are lazy.

Waited about ten minutes at the speaker to place my order. When I got home I realized I was missing one meal. I spent $50 so I went back and waited at the speaker again. The woman was extremely rude and basically threw the food at me. She told me we got the side, when we didn't. I think they only serve one customer at a time. They have three to four people working and carrying on and an older woman who is probably the manager who is a completely miserable employee and rude. read more

I've been waiting in this drive thru for OVER 40 MINUTES already. At this point I'm sticking out just to see how long it takesThey are holding everyone up from ordering until they send the person ahead of you off with their food. We pull up to order and they say,"I'll be right with you." Then they take 10 minutes or more to return. This is NOT FAST FOOD. At this point they're exceeding sit down restaurant wait times!!! I'm about to time how long they take to return to get my order. If I ever get to the ordering speaker. ***Update*** Pulled up to the drive thru speaker finally at 7:11pm. They did not even greet me, I had to ask if I could place my order. To which they said they'll be right with me. Now, we wait. At 7:20 they allowed me to order. I ordered a 5 pc tender meal with fries, plus a strawberry biscuit. It took them only 4 minutes to get my food to me when I arrived at the window. 4 minutes to turn around a customer does not add up to a 45 min wait in the drive thru. The lady who handed me my food was pleasant. Once out of line and back on the road, I opened my tenders to find that they were cold. Not hot. Not warm. Absolutely cold. The biscuit was over cooked. The fries had been sitting a while in their own grease and were no longer edible. The strawberry biscuit I had high hopes for, but it too was over cooked and cold to boot. I ended throwing away the entire meal that I had just paid nearly $25 for. It's as if I took $25 in cash and ripped it up in front of me. I want to take the time to say, it's probably not the employees' fault. They probably showed up to work with a skeleton crew that was not able to keep up with the demand. This is far and away a management problem. The store manager. The district manger. The regional manager. The pic posted is of me throwing away my freezing cold order. read more
