Fries thrown in a bag like dog food

Do not visit this location. The manager is extremely rude. When I complained to him that my order the previous day contained raw chicken. He asked me for a receipt. I had informed him that I never received a receipt so he said there's nothing he can do without proof I told him how am I supposed to give you proof if I never received a receipt in the first place? he was very dismissive extremely rude and didn't seem to take my concern of having undercooked chicken seriously I then went ahead and placed a new order and this time I asked for fries on the side. He just threw them in a bag and didn't even give me a box or the sleeve that usually contains the fries. He threw my fries in a paper bag like for a dog. Customer service here is absolutely terrible if I can give it zero stars I would it's also dirty and they serve raw chicken. The only reason I placed a new order was to prove to him that it's not about the money. It was about the fact that he didn't take my concern seriously. I didn't even eat the new food I ordered. I purchased it on principal because he was accusing me of trying to get something for free, which I was not. He also told me that if I go to McDonald's or any other restaurant, they would tell me the same thing, but I explained to him that I have had issues with other restaurants in the past, and they were polite and replaced my order without a problem. He dismissed my comment completely.

10 piece meal deal $20.99. 10 piece chick, 2 LG sides, 5 amazing biscuits and honey. Always ask for special deals!

This is one of my favorite Popeyes in the Greater Woodlands Area. First off and most important they have Never run out of the specials. I have got to make it a habit to come here first when I want Popeyes Fried Chicken. I'm so tired of being told by the Popeyes on Rayford and the one on Panther Creek by the Gosling Post Office that they are sold out of the main specials and even multiple side orders. The staff is friendly enough and I always get fresh hot chicken. They have spicy or mild or whatever mix you want. Give this Popeyes Chicken a try if the others are sold out of chicken items or sides :). Parking lot is smaller but has always had available parking spots.

I tried the new nuggets. They are very crunchy just like the chicken sandwich. However, they describe them as being boldly seasoned, yet, they are very bland. Come on Popeyes. You can do better than this.

How come all the Popeye's locations have 2 stars? Because of the terrible service. "Pull up to the window then" Rude.

2 days ago, my wife & I ordered via the drive-through window. My wife had a Junior burger- she said…read morewas OK. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. It was HOT (temperature) and the chicken was a big portion and had good taste. The bun was VERY soft (& hot, too), the lettuce was limp and very warm, the flavored mayonnaise ran out of the sandwich, over the paper it had been wrapped in and covered the outside of the bun. I couldn't eat the sandwich without getting the mayonnaise all over my hands and dripping it onto my lap. Two tomato slices, also warm, were dripping juice adding to the liquid mess. I know how it got like this. The GRILLED chicken sandwich was cooked and put together ahead of time. when ordered, they MICROWAVED it. That made the chicken HOT, softened the bun to very soft, ruining it; the lettuce limp & warm; the flavored mayonnaise watery, running out all over the paper, the bun and my lap; the tomato slices soft and hot, their liquid running, thinning out & adding to the mayonnaise mess. Most all of us have microwaves at home and learn very quickly NOT TO MICROWAVE ALL THISE DIFFERENT THINGS TOGETHER BECAUSE IT RUINS SOME OF THEM AND MAKES A VERY BAD MESS. It tasted good, but I would never order another grilled chicken sandwich here because of the mess; and the cook's/chef's/whomever's indifference to the effect microwave heating has on an assembled grilled chicken sandwich. It ruined it, trying to APPEAR to have a grilled chicken sandwich "cooked when you order it" as Whataburger has claimed as a trademark for decades. The microwave heating was obvious, and a failure, turning me off and losing a customer.

The hamburger had a stale bun. What is happening to Whataburger these days? This is not the only location that is serving disgusting non-par food. The location on sawdust is also just equally as poor food choices.

We ordered the banana pancakes (about 3 for $9, which is a great deal), corned beef hash and eggs with a bagel and cream cheese -- some of the best I've had at a breakfast spot, and a brisket bowl (not pictured). Everything came out quickly and hit the spot for a late-night meal. Late-night bites for Easter are a tradition for us, and Katz's ended up being such a great surprise. Definitely a place I'd come back to more often.

I'm feeling nostalgic about missing my mother's food, and so had to order it when I saw they had a cabbage roll appetizer. One of those oldie but goodie foods that your mother and grandmother knew how to make, but most of us lost the recipe. There is a slight hint of sweetness in it that's quite appealing, it's different than my mother's version, but I thought it was really excellent!! Will order that again. I don't normally wax poetic about a pickle, but the one they put on my Reuben sandwich plate is worth an ode. I asked them to make the Reuben with pastrami instead of corned beef, and add extra Swiss cheese and Russian dressing. Bib up, it'll drip juices but that's a good thing. Anyway, the pickle on that plate was a three bears story - not too strong, not too bland, but absolutely perfect. I was in a traditionalist mood and so I ordered blintzes for dessert with blueberry sauce. This is my first time eating here, the food was really great, and the staff was warm and wonderful. And you know, the coffee tasted really fresh and was delicious as well! Next time I will order the cabbage rolls again, definitely the blitzes for dessert, and then I'll have to try something else off the menu. Voyage of discovery. Definitely coming back soon!
