The Pabellon is definitely the heavier of the two, but holds its own with it's deeper savory meat flavors. Yuca fries was a little fibrous in parts, but generally delicious dipped in their house dip. There isn't any indoor dining space, so be prepared to eat in your car or enjoy one of the four picnic tables outside!
