If you get a medium or large bag of popcorn, your second one is 50% off. Perfect! There were two women ahead of me. They were pretty confused and couldn't make a decision getting a frozen treat. They left. The woman behind the counter was cheerful. I said that I was going to get two large bags. She nodded. The toughest part was narrowing down my choices to two flavours. I got the following: - Butter salt - Thai sweet chili What was tough was that I normally get three bags. There used to be a deal where if you got two bags, your third was free. So, I had an internal debate between Thai sweet chili or jalapeno jack. I chose the former. It didn't take long for her to pack a couple of bags with my flavours. I paid with a debit card. Done! She was so patient waiting for me to place my card in my wallet, and then my wallet in my purse. I thanked her, grabbed my two bags of yumminess, and headed to my car. I like that these bags have handles. It makes carrying them a lot easier and you don't have to think about getting a shopping bag. My favourite is the butter salt. It's so good. It's the perfect balance of butter and salt. It's not horribly salty. It's just right. I'm like Goldilocks finding the just-right bag of popcorn, but without the bear family. I haven't cracked open my bag of Thai sweet chili. I have had it before, so I'm looking for that perfect combination of heat with a touch of sweetness. It's a great store. So I got "hired" here last year, sometime In October…read more Despite asking for a proper hiring process with papers and signatures, I worked here for a week with absolutely no contract of any kind. I was payed under the table in cash and coins. The woman who owns the place is a decent lady, I can tell she's just trying to work hard for her kid. I enjoyed the little company I had with her when she half trained me on taking orders and working their systems and routines. On the other hand, her husband, the cook. He is something else. Genuinely the worst person I have ever worked with. He acts all smart when he can't even run his own POS system. EVERY DAY FROM 7am-3pm that week, I was left ALONE to - take all orders, in person, over the phone orders, and packing all uber orders - Make all the drinks, including smoothies - clean all dishes, and put them back dry (they have a limited amount, so I was rushing to keep them in cycle) - take food to all customers tables - cleaning off plates , sweeping, sanitizing and re set every table after every customer (so many huge kid messes cover the floor from breakfast and lunch) - bathroom checks are never able to be done - they re use so much stuff. The ice coffee is never fresh. Month old in the fridge. - I literally saw the women have to bring her small kid into the back to stay the whole shift and wait. I felt bad and stayed, even though they never properly hired me. - a customer found a piece of plastic in her 10 year old sons food. When I told the cook, he did nothing and shrugged it off. Leaving me to apologize for his mistake. Eventually I got sick of the old cooks nagging and blaming me for customers leaving or hating the food/ service. I left mid shift, never looked back. UNDERSTAFFED AND OVERWORKED. UNDERPAID for the amount of work I did ALONE. Refusing to hire more than one person for a whole restaurant is wild. Business will stay horrible with that guy around. Sure it gets busy, it's an Eggsmart. Although, almost every customer leaves with a grumpy face and wasted time sitting at the table to just make an order. I recommend to never eat here, no idea how old the food is, or what else they're being cheap with. -1/5 restaurant

Tip: if you order for pickup through ritual, the site only allows them to include a limited number of free toppings. I only learned this recently from the fellow behind the counter. So if you want to select all free cold toppings (like I do) then just let them know in the notes section on ritual....or just show up and order it live and in person; is that considered "old school" at this point? Even though I was the only one in there, the guy behind the counter - who was very friendly and nice, admittedly - prepared my wrap so quickly I feared that it would be a sloppy disaster. Indeed it was. The biggest problem here, though, is the lack of bold or even interesting flavors. The concoction's lack of textures ensures that it's essentially just a mushy mess, and it's clear, too, that the stinginess of the chicken results in a Chicken Shawarma Wrap that's distressingly low on actual chicken. (It goes without saying that there were none of those crispy bits that are the backbone of a quality shawarma.) I was baffled, as well, by the decision to put the wrap in the press for less time than it took me to pay my bill, as this only exacerbated the sogginess of the dish and ensured that the inside was mostly cold.
