Hats off to the Holiday Labubu's in SF
    Juan V.

There is always the popular toy every Christmas season. This year's hottest toy are also enjoyed by adults and celebrities. It has become a collector item and on many people's wish list . You see these dolls hanging on backpacks and purses. There is a place which has the majority of this toy collection and it open it's second store by Union Square. It's located on the corner of Powell and O' Farrell streets and it's called Pop Mart. Inside you will find lots of different Labubu and some Crybaby's in SF. This Pop Mart has two floors and it is filled from everything Disney characters like Mikey Mouse to the animals in Zootopia. This is the place to grab an authentic Labubu as a gift for someone this Holiday season. Labubu has been more than a " trend" has become some peoples new " pretend" extended " friend" the Labubu just started and there is no "end" A new location at Union Square of Pop Mart other than the other in SF "Stonestown Mall" where you can get a gift and deck the "hall" with the Labubu " doll" this place has them "wall to wall"

Life-sized character for photo ops - Mezzanine!

For this holiday season, the cute toys and trinkets at PopMart are the "IT" gift for 2025. Adults, children and entire families squash themselves into this small store. There is a line to get in most days starting along Powell Street...but if you happen to show up when there isn't one, go inside and browse the selection. The mezzanine has a life-sized character for photo ops/selfies. The staff are very patient about answering questions (tip for adults: ask for gift advice if needed). Small items can be good value. Pop Mart appeal: most characters are " secret " in their boxes, so you don't know what color of character you'll end of getting. The mystery is just like gambling and a bit addictive. Best of luck on your choice!

I was in the neighborhood and decided to go inside to browse. I knew they had other things besides those ugly labubus (sorry!). I appreciate they have a brief explanation of the different dolls(figures?) upstairs. I didn't know they were Chinese. The Hirono ones are super pretty. Didn't know them. When I went to Tokyo I saw one of those Skullpanda big figures but didn't know what they were back then. The collection "Image of Reality"got my eye and decided to buy one. Didn't get the one I wanted (the philosophy) but my second favorite (the merchant). I'm really happy with it. I wish I could buy the one I want but that's the point of getting a blind box I guess.

I never thought the day would come where I would get caught up in the Labubu craze. But this morning as I was walking up to Union Square I saw Pop Mart just opened. The curiosity got the best of me. I'd been to the one in Stonestown before. This being in the heart of Union Square I wanted to see what inventory was available. Got the blind one where you take a chance and will end up with one of the six. Grown men and women were buying for gifts. Me too. The staff was friendly and answered the same questions from the various customers. I bought one. Located on the corner at the former Skechers shoe store site.

Stopped by the Pop Mart in Union Square and picked up some Labubu figures (Have a Seat)! Love this new location in the heart of downtown SF. The staff were friendly and helpful. I think the AC still isn't working, so when it's a hot day, you'll really feel it. Fun little spot for collectors or anyone who loves cute designer toys!

We heard this Pop Mart just grand opened in SF recently so we had to come by to check it out! The 2 stories is pretty nice but we find it kinda lacking on the cute decor in comparison to the Pop Mart stores in Asia. They have many items in stock and even have many cases of labubus (Macarons, Save A Seat, Big into Energy) and the big Angel in Clouds, Rock in the Universe labubus. Wowsa! They said these are the leftovers from their grand opening weekend so we were surprised these did not sell out. Our fav labubus and crybaby items are on the 1st floor. Skullpanda and Dimoo items are on the 2nd floor. We ran around and bought some labubu macarons and some crybaby ID card holders. You are our addiction, Pop Mart!

I was visiting from out of town and was very excited to come here. In my city we only have miniso. I was happy to come across the carebears and teletubbies ! They both were $20. The store is two buildings and has a lot of items ranging from about $20 to $300 for big items. Wide selection to choose from and customer service was good.

Pop mart where kids lose their shit and parents pay money for boxed item that will keep them quiet until the ride home and then deeply disappointed regretting their choices of character , box , whatever. Staff are so patient. Store is cute but you won't want to stay long. It is expensive for what you get yet at the same time so unique.

Clean store. Lots of inventory. Plenty of labubus to pick from. Almost everything is in stock.

    Beautiful display
    Jolens V.

The clerks were not very attentive. No one approached you to help. They have beautiful and huge items here. The store is clean and fully stocked with the latest items. The la bubu s are very interesting and they have new ones available. The prices ranged between the average cheaper ones and the more expensive collectible items. Great place to visit for more information and availability.

Service is good. A lot of selections for all Popmart lovers. The value of this place is accurate. A lot of Labubus, Dimoo figurines and more.

    Christine W.

Very clean store and stock is well maintained. Navigating two stories is fun with kids!

Just visited Pop Mart in Union Square and had such a fun time! The store is bright and well-organized, making it easy to browse all the adorable collectibles. Staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions about which series to start with. Love how they display everything - really lets you see the details on each figure. Grabbed a couple blind boxes and can't wait to see what I got. Great spot if you're into cute toys or just want to check out something different in the area. Definitely coming back!

The glue is the texture of frosting and in fact you squeeze it out from a tube like frosting so it's part of the decoration. Every kid gets to choose 2 colors, and they can also share between them. There are some limits like you can only glue on one side of the mirror, because they will tape it down to a paper plate and you can't glue to the other side. There was no one doing the activity on a Sunday around 2pm, except they told us we had to come back in 30 minutes because they needed to clean. We came back in 30 minutes and there had be absolutely no cleaning done (it was the same disposable tablecloths that had glue stains, the same excess pieces on the table). It wasn't overly messy, but clearly they just wanted to go on break, why didn't they just say that? You take your finished craft with you, and it takes 3 days to fully drive, but within a few hours it was hard enough that no beads could be accidentally pushed off of the craft.
