The blind boxes selection is okay, it does not compare to Miniso. One thing I wished they did better was lable things with prices. Many things don't have price tags and that contributes to a lack of potential sale. Aside from that, this place is comfortable, clean and the staff are friendly. Great for locals who wants to get that special/certain gift. Check them out if you haven't. Parking is possible on Moody st, but can be difficult. After roaming around the store, I finally found the book (upstairs) and the restrooms (downstairs) - did I miss the store directory somewhere??? - and headed to the line. It was just before noon on a weekday and only one person was working at the register. I was 6th in line and 3 of the people ahead of me had complicated transactions involving B&N membership, what tote bag to pick out, etc...... FINALLY another employee came to the register (no one called for her, she just happened to be walking by) as I was the next in line, my exchange involved no paperwork and took about 15 seconds. During peak times, a second employee really needs to stay close and help out!!!

They frequently collaborate with Marvel, Mickey and friends, Sanrio, Stitch, and Minions. I like purchasing the blind boxes because I'll never know what I get. Store is very organized, clean, and spacious. It is bigger than the one in Providence. When I checked out, staff were friendly. I purchased a few stationary items.

It was raining, it is the week of Passover and Easter and the parking lot was a mess. I ran in, grabbed my order and thought "what a cute red bag they put it in" and ran out. My mistake was not checking to see what was actually in the bag..... Not the colors I ordered and no, I did not say that substituting the items was OK (because it wouldn't have been). Complete waste of time since I now need to return them and feel like a weirdo returning Easter stuff AFTER the holiday when I have time (and will not be returning to Cambridge). I always use pick-up and have never had a problem, lesson learned! Thanks for wasting my time (and $3.98 gallon gas)!
