I stopped in during the seasonal flavor changeover, so they were running low on a few options. The server told me they were restocking the new flavors the next day. I was hoping to try the vanilla lavender, but I'll have to save that for another visit. Instead, I went with the butter pecan crunch, which the server said is their best-selling flavor. It had a rich, creamy texture, though I thought it could have used a little more flavor. The richness was just on the edge of being a bit too heavy, but it was still a good scoop of ice cream. As I was leaving, a large family was enjoying ice cream together, and it reinforced the feeling that this is a neighborhood spot locals genuinely support. I always enjoy finding local ice cream shops when I travel, and Wild Honey is worth a stop if you're in downtown Longview.

So my favorite is the sugar free, sea salt peanut butter. The amount of sugar in most name brand peanut butter is too much, and this sugar free variety is wonderful - the taste of simple, fresh peanuts. Other varieties are good, too. I also liked the walnut and date peanut butter. There are also loads of other peanut products- peanut brittle (plain and jalapeño), candy, and so much more. Definitely worth a visit if you even remotely like peanuts in any form.
