Oyster Basket There was 10 but I ate a few before I took the picture. Delicious

Had the Oyster Basket, amazingly fresh and delicious. The tarter sauce went well with it. Glad I waited to get my oyster dinner in Baldez. Loved it. Oh Great service for a food truck. Thank you

DAMN!!! I have travelled all over the world and the "mother clucker" was the best chicken sandwhich I have ever had!! Can't recommend enough!!!!

Best halibut fish and chips we've had in all of Alaska! The staff is very friendly and you have the option of getting a beer at the brewery at the same location. Nice outdoor seating when the weather permits.

Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. We had the fried halibut and fried shrimp, both with seasoned fries. The portions were large, and very satisfying. The remoulade and tarter were good too. They give you a beeper and you can have a beer at the brewery while you wait (which wasn't a long wait). You can also take your food into the brewery to eat.

We stopped here while sipping on a tefreshing beer from Valdez Brewing. My husband ordered a PO Boy chicken sandwich which was decent, the best part was the sauce. They didn't have any vegetarian options with the exclusion of the appetizers, which were solid: pretzel with nacho cheese and Cajun fries. Overall a little bit pricey but very good to accompany your beer.

The staff are quiet but attentive so even though they don't talk much, your drinks are always refilled & dishes taken away when finished so the table is not cluttered. It's honestly refreshing not having a waiter asking how you're doing at the same time you put a huge bite of food in your mouth. They also have these huge fish tanks that the kids love! A really chill place with chill people.

A man came out and grabbed 2 menus and showed us to our table, he was nice and greeted us accordingly. I ordered the Medium Won Ton soup and my daughter ordered the Pho. I was disappointed when my soup came out that it looked like they just used carton beef broth and threw in frozen vegetables and pot stickers and just warmed the soup up. The pho came out and my daughter complained the flavor tasted old. Reused Mongolian beef, flavor was washed off, you could still taste the marinade on the meat. I tried the broth and I agreed with my daughter it tasted like dirty dish water. Waitress came over and she asked if we needed a To go container and I said no that my daughter did not like the pho. Waitress just gave her a dirty look and instead of making it right by taking it off the bill I still paid for it. $25 dollars for soup that was not good flavor and reused meat. And my daughter didn't eat eat it because it tasted like mildew. Lazy cooking at Fu Kung. Better food in Anchorage and Eagle River when it comes to Pho. Waitress needs better manners when in contact with the public.

My only suggestion as with every restaurant so far in Alaska - the wait staff could be improved upon - you are always looking for some one to either take your order, bring you more drinks, bring the bill , etc

I got the salmon pasta with vodka sauce & it wasn't bad but a really small portion for almost $30. My husband really wanted their fish & chips that were advertised but when we went to order it they said they didn't serve it? That was confusing so he ended up getting a burger & it was okay. Just your regular burger. Our kiddos all shared a pizza that wasn't anything special. I think the potential is there, but the lack of flavor & spices is what brings the food down. When I pay $30 for a dish I want it to taste amazing! The staff weren't bad or mean but they barely talked to us when seating us & didn't check on us once during our time there. I waited & waited for my check while my husband loaded all the kids up in the car, but eventually just walked up to the counter to let the lady know I'd like to pay & she said that they normally bring the check to you at the table. I just smiled & paid then left not wanting to tell her I'd been sitting there for at least 10 minutes waiting. The sad part is we were one of TWO tables there. The place was empty so I'm not sure why we were never checked on or had to wait for the check that never came.
