Like many, I've seen their vehicles around town but I've never had to use their services as I do…read morenot have dogs anymore. Unfortunately, I do have a next door neighbor that is feeding 2 sibling feral cats, heck it might even be several neighbors. And the reason I say this is because these 2 feral cats poop a lot and I do mean a lot and it's in one section of my yard underneath and around my poor dwarf pomegranite tree. I can't keep up with it as it's so much so today I decided to call the Scoop Guys. Mike completely understood that it was a cat issue and a one time deal (hopefully). He mentioned that they generally deal with people with dogs but wanted to help me out. He said he had an employee, Jose, who lived in Petaluma and could stop by & discuss when he could clean my backyard. I told him to check with Jose what would be convenient for him, and shortly after I got a text message saying Jose would stop by today at 3:30pm and I could show him where these cats "spread their love" so to speak. Mike also mentioned that Jose might just do the job today. I got home at 3:22pm, saw the Scoop Guy van out front, went to the van & notice no one was there. Jose was already in my backyard working hard, we conversed, I showed him where I've seen the dirty deed and that was it. Oh and when I met Jose in my backyard he was wearing gloves and properly wearing a face mask. When I came home from work tonight I was pleasantly surprised to see everything cleaned up and they take the evidence away with them so it never goes into your garbage cans. I can honestly say that if I had a dog or dogs I would have no problem using the services of Mike's business again or even on a continual basis as after seeing first hand their work on a one time deal as well as talking to Mike about what they offer, confirming his prices & services I know that they are very affordable & do good work. Even if it's just a one time deal it's still not a bad price. I can without a doubt recommend Mike and Jose with the utmost confidence that they will clean up but not clean you out. It's just right for what you need to know, like when your Squad tech is heading your way (so if you spazz-out like me and forget to unlock the gate, you get a moment to do so) - They do a thorough job, yet are so stealth that you would never know they were there. The only thing I don't love is that they give you a text option to tip your tech. I know we are tip-happy in the US, and I don't want to feel like I have to tip every week on top of the fee. I would rather they charged more and that was it. I know it's a service, but it's a weekly service. I don't tip my gardener each week or my housekeeper. I give them bonuses around the holidays. Is it just me? But otherwise, they are great!
