Where to even begin, they would often miss spots in the yard and I discovered they had been overcharging me for years. Now obviously I should have been checking my receipts from them but when I moved, I mentioned I had a grass yard instead of bark and turns out, they continued to charge me for bark. When I called them to discuss next steps they said that they would not refund me anything at all and only offered the next service for free. I was even laughed at by the man on the phone despite being a loyal customer for almost five years. I promptly canceled my services. They would literally spend two minutes cleaning up the dog poop. I was super impressed with this company for a couple of things. First, it was very easy to set up an appointment. The manner of setting appointments covers everything from the type of cleaning you want to any extras you may want to add to the cleaning. Secondly, when I called to confirm my appointment, the owner was very engaging and answered all of my questions. You get text reminders and an email confirmation of your order. They text you when they are on their way. They also did a great job with cleaning the waste from our pet. I would totally use them again. read more

I use poop 11 a number of years ago when the owner Scott he just bought the business he was a solo show at the time. I had three large dogs at my house, so I needed him to come more than once a week which he was unable to do because it was sort of out of his region, and he was all alone like I said. So we terminated our business relationship. Fasr-forward to about a year and a half ago and I called him up and he now has has several employees working for him. Everyone I met has been, always on time courteous. They always have cookies for the dogs. You can pay extra if you want them to take the poop with away; which I do pay for. Overall I love the service. I have 2 large Dolbermans and 1 little dog. Without the service, I had a filthy backyard, right now it's nicer and cleaner but 2 times a week pickup is still not enough. I wish I could ask for 3 days a week. Also I'm on an acre lot and the backyard grass area is really big. It's easy to miss spots since my 3 dogs run around everywhere and the grass is tall at places. Lily was always prompt every Monday with the exception of when she started coming earlier and I had to remember to unlock my gate the night before for her. This was a great service for me while I was working two jobs, pregnant, then later, taking care of my newborn. The few times I left my dog out in the back, Lily was super sweet to him and he was so happy to greet her. The owner, Scott is very prompt in responding to emails - I was able to hold service while I had construction going on in the backyard. I've only canceled my service as we no longer have a dog.
