It took Larson until October to complete a repair. In spring 2019, it was noted the pool was again down at least 4 feet, and Larson and Alex do not respond in any way to look into completing a repair. A huge amount of water has leaked to the ground. Poor quality, and even worse customer service. Absolutely no response from Alex or the company. DO NOT USE
