Lol, I mean really? You're not professional enough to fill in the blanks? If their office is run this unprofessionally, I can only imagine that their work is poor quality, at best. I'm not bitter, I already found a better position, I was just truly shocked at their lack of professionalism.

Do not use Larson, or insist your contractor use a different pool plaster company…read more Our gunite pool was plastered by Larson in summer of 2017, and it was noted that the pool leaked significantly in early 2018. It took Larson until October to complete a repair. In spring 2019, it was noted the pool was again down at least 4 feet, and Larson and Alex do not respond in any way to look into completing a repair. A huge amount of water has leaked to the ground. Poor quality, and even worse customer service. Absolutely no response from Alex or the company. DO NOT USE

But Doug in concert with Troy Booth, TSB Services Utah, found that my skimmer never had rebar to hold it in place over Utah's winters. I now have a new skimmer, and want to thank both of them, but also the workers: Christian, Daniel and Juan, who took great care to finish/tile trim the opening also.
