I hired these guys to move an organ for me. I figured if we ran into any problems they would know what to do. We set an appointment and they didn't show up. They called me after the appointment window to let me know that one of their movers had an accident and they weren't going to make it. We set a new appointment for the next week. That appointment came and went. They didn't call me to tell me they weren't going to make it. I called several times and left messages and they never called me back. It's been a month since they ghosted me. At this point I'm not interested in them moving anything for me, but professionals would have called out of courtesy with an explanation and apology.
