My service manager is Bobby, and he is training a whole crew in preparation for summer I imagine. Bobby is straight forward, efficient, welcomes questions, explains things and if you tell him something isn't quite right, he resolves it. Communication is terrific from Patriot. Sure, you get a standard readout of the service, but there will also be notes from the team answering your question, recommendations, etc. Sure, I'm new, only 2 months with them, but so far, stellar service.

This company has repeatedly no-showed and given poor cleaning service. This particular week, we…read morefollowed their recommendation to replace the whole filter pump unit because they said the leak was on the housing. They left after repair with it not functioning correctly (air in the system which can damage unit) They came today for cleaning and left or just the same. I turned out off and guess what - leaking worse, not from filter. I assume this whole thing was to damage the new holler and blame us so they think they can charge us for yet another replacement whole unit next week. They are going to lose a customer of many years DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Well - just plain DAY-UM!…read more "Splashy" is a pool master and has the tools, experience, and expertise to bring your pool from "frog pond MURKY GREEN" to sparkling clear. And he fixed ours in a SINGLE DAY! Imagine a nice landscaped pool, out in the Texas Hill Country, with lots of trees and shrubs around it. Now fast-forward three years - with no swimmers, no chemicals, and no maintenance. And dozens (maybe hundreds) of froggies - from big bullfrogs to little fast ones to tadpoles. And a dark murkiness that made the bottom of the pool impossible to see - though it was full of sticks, leaves, and long-gone froggies. (And then there was the smell... 'Nuff said.) Yuck. Now imagine "Splashie" and his crew pulling up in their truck full of pumps, scrubbers, power-washers, and cleaning supplies. "Splashy" was un-fazed - said he had seen and fixed much worse situations. He said this would be fixed up today. (This was eerily similar to a Chuck Norris movie where the whoop-azz is about to happen...) We had to get some groceries in Kerrville, so left Splashy and his crew to do their thing. AND WHEN WE RETURNED, THE POOL WAS DRAINED, CLEANED, BRIGHT, AND FROGGIE-FREE! He worked over the pump and filters, then got the chemicals balanced out just right. And he returned the following day to add a little more sparkle to the decorative tile work around the edges. His price for the initial de-gunking was fair, his work was excellent, his attention to detail was great, and his communications and followup were exemplary. This man knows pools. And this man solves pool problems with some wicked/awesome pool voodoo. We were so happy, we signed up for his pool maintenance program - and now we can be Splashin' in the Hill Country until it gets chilly (October?). Absolute five-star recommendation for Splashy's Pool Service. And he's got a Website, offers online payments, has a Facebook presence - and answers his mobile phone!! Great guy, great service, great family business. And yes - he can probably travel out to your country home that is beyond the city limits!!
