BUT the real issue that turned me against them is my post oak 350 years old dropped all its leaves. I asked 3 different landscape companies and they all said you do not put weed control screening under the canopy of a post oak which is also what the arborist said when he came to try to save the tree. The arborist said they suffocated the tree then drown it by their sprinkler system and by the lack of proper grading so the water would run off or put in French drains. I contacted Anderson and they have done zero to offset the cost of my loss. I have spent over $5,000 on having the tree removed and over $3500 on changing sprinkler system and removing and adding new plants. I have asked them 3-4 times and they never once apologized or accepted any responsibility or offered a reason as to why what they did was okay.

The tree trimming was very meticulous & thorough, they removed a huge truckload of small dead branches and also cleaned up branches that were laying on the roof and our fence. Our tree in the backyard also go a trimming and this will help keep leaves off of our deck. These guys were working hard in the summer heat and I so appreciate the awesome job they did. I sent out several requests for bids on yelp, and I felt that Texas Stripes was the best out of the bunch. Roberto was very responsive with scheduling, and was able to get me in much more quickly than other providers. He has a kind, polite demeanor, great communications skills so that I knew exactly what to expect. I know he took great care of my trees. I had problems with others not calling back. When he arrived he located and dug the shutoffs and investigated the leak. Nelson was super nice and knowledgeable in the repairs and system function. I thought I had another problem with a flower bed drip emitter zone, and he took the time to evaluate the system and realized that it was my user error and did not need repair. He made recommendations for using the system efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. He also was knowledgeable of the landscape plants water requirements.
