Outstanding Quality, Service and Value for Money (Installation of ~ 600' of Seamless Gutters and…read morePremium Leaf Gutter Guards) I can't say enough about what a fantastic job Rule Gutter Co., led by Kolton Rule, did on our gutter and leaf guard install. This highly professional team made sure that every aspect of this installation was completed to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. This job had some complicated aspects with the combination of a tile roof with lots of deep valleys and tricky downspout locations / configurations. All of this was handled very professionally with no shortcuts taken. The quality of the products installed were top-notch from the seamless gutters to the leaf gutter guards. In fact, the gutter guards had the best quality/performance of any that I researched before choosing my contractor. Rule Gutter Co. are the only ones to offer this product in our area. The guards themselves are uniquely designed to allow large volumes of water entrance to the gutters while keeping out debris and not allowing the top of the guards to get clogged, like some of the "filter" variety can with roof grit and/or algae growth, over time. They also have a 25-year product warranty that includes hail storms. I have seen these guards take a hit with a sledge hammer that resulted in zero damage. They are an extremely tough and well-designed product.

The gutters were finished within days, and they look great. When we are able, I intend to have them install a rain barrel or two. I enthusiastically recommend Casey and his company, Luxe Gutters!

Hill Country Roofing / Brad Bolin…read more I wanted to reach out regarding the roof replacement your team completed after the Memorial Day hailstorm. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the roof and the timeliness of the work -- your crew did a great job on that part. However, shortly after the job was completed, I lost power to one of my bed & breakfast properties. I hired an electrician, who traced the issue and found that a screw from the new roof had been driven through a metal electrical wire, causing a short. I paid for the electrician to identify and repair the issue, and he took photos confirming the cause. When I contacted your office, I was asked whether I really felt this was something the company should cover. I want to be clear that I do -- your crew was the only one who worked on the roof, and the damage occurred as a direct result of that work. I've used Hill Country Roofing in the past and have recommended you to many friends, family, and guests. I still think highly of your workmanship, but I'm disappointed by how this situation has been handled so far. This is a small issue -- a $300 repair -- but it's one that could easily affect future referrals and continued business. I'd appreciate it if you could review the photos and make this right. Thank you for your time and for the good work you've done in the past. Best regards, Tava Hamilton Fredericksburg

Affordable Roofing of Texas is owned by Craig Bacon. We are extremely pleased with this company…read moreand its owner in meeting our needs after our home in Kerrville, Texas, was damaged by two hailstorms. Craig came to our home to meet with our insurance appraiser (he even pointed out an error that the appraiser had made) and then brought in his crew to repair the damage, not just to our roof (composite shingles and metal) but also to gutters and downspouts. He also put us in touch with repairmen for window screens and glazing and cedar fences. All of his various crew members (we had as many as 15 on our roof at one time) are excellent roofers. Two of them even made metal panels out at our curb for our standing seam porch roof. Craig ordered the color of roof shingles we wanted and searched as far east as San Antonio until he found them. His crews cleaned our gutters when the roof was completed and used a magnet to find any lost nails. Roofing our house was difficult because of the steep dormer windows, steep drop-off of the land on the south and west sides, and eight small "cut-outs." His crews worked from 7:45 to 5:00, rarely taking a break. Craig's business is local, in the next county--not out of state--so we are certain he will come back to make any adjustments. Affordable Roofing is the best!
