Arlington has some great activities for small children on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In 2022 they also did a great Halloween trail and events including pumpkins in the pool and a Bark-o-Ween dog friendly event. There is good variety of trees and plants along the trail. The park borders a residential area and houses. There is a gym and updated bathrooms. There is a large stand of invasive Brazilian Pepper that needs removing from the park. More native plantings and no mow areas would be welcome. But overall this is a great park with a lot to offer for swimmers, walkers, dogs, children, nature lovers, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Installation was timely and the railing is great, so much easier to use the pool. We decided to go ahead and get a railing for the spa as well. With COVID there seemed to be a limited supply, but the owner, Walter Pereira, managed to track one down for us. Again, timely service for installation. But what has impressed us most is Mr. Pereira's helpfulness and willingness to answer questions. We have called Amazon Pools numerous times when we have had trouble with our filter and pump. Despite the fact that we are unfortunately contracted for the moment with another company, for which we receive very poor service; he was always helpful and took time to explain what the potential problems could be. Recently, our pool had been down for almost a week and we still had not received response from our contracted company, so we called Mr. Pereira yet again. After hearing the frustration in my voice on the phone, Mr. Pereira and a staff member actually stop by at the end of their workday on their own time. THAT is customer service you don't find these days! He inspected our equipment for us, taking the time as he did to point out and explain what he was seeing. He found several issues that are clearly causing problems with our system working correctly, including a couple electrical code violations that are dangerous. We now have the knowledge we need to get the other company to do what they have to for the pool to be fixed and work efficiently. I highly recommend Amazon Pools for their customer service and performance. After the service we have received this past year with them, we hope to transfer our service over to them permanently as soon as our contract ends.

I advise you not to use this company Walter does not return calls or texts. He says he will be at your house a certain day and does not show up. Days later after multiple ignored texts. All calls go to voicemail. Still no show and no response. His excuse is usually family emergency or text didn't come through. Had my phone off etc. I had company coming from out of state. A month in advance I let him know. He acid washed the pool a month before the company arrival. Pool would not filter from there. He said it was a com wire and he would have to get the wire. The com wire came in. No show. No response. 2 days before company showing up. Zero response. I hired another company to fix the pool. They came the day before all the company arrived and fixed the problem. It was not a com wire. He had incorrectly wired the aqualink system. The heater was incorrectly wired along with the salt cell system so nothing was communicating. The system had to be wired correctly. The filter was so full of debris from the acid wash that water would not filter. Some broken new I rings he had installed and the new spa check valves had glue stuck to them so the water level in the spa would not maintain. $700 later the pool is fixed. Walter comes across as very nice but he is a no show. No response. You will not get good service here and he does not know what he is doing in my opinion. Don't be fooled by the nice guy. It was also said that I needed a new heater. The pros at pool Marshall stated the heater is just fine. Other reviews I have read state the same. I have asked for the repair bills to be paid by this company due to negligence and incompetence and am getting ignored. Not surprised by this. You will not get a receipt of any kind nor warranty information. My request from the water dept for the sewage portion of the water fill for the pool was denied due to no receipt. It is my fault for not reading reviews earlier. But now I know a little too late. There area many other instances of being ignored etc. I am guilty of giving the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough. I don't like leaving reviews like this but..you need to know what you are getting into.

Another woman placed her belongings down next to a machine to reserve it for herself for AFTER she was finished with the machine she was working on. I contacted the corporation via email and they said they would put signs up to stop people from reserving equipment but there were never signs put up. I joined this club and paid the extra $30 compared to another club that charges only $10 a month so that I could go in the pool and the Jacuzzi as it helps my pain. The last time I went to the Jacuzzi there were five or six old men sitting in the tub and one of the men was very threatening telling me that everyone took their shoes off before going into the Jacuzzi and I did not (I had flip flops). I wondered, were these losers kicked out of their senior communities? Why were all of these men there at the same time? When I started at the club there was a younger crowd and I liked the fact that I wouldn't have to use my parent's senior community jacuzzi and be hassled by mean old people there. This corporation is doing nothing to improve the club. It's going downhill. It makes me wonder if they're trying to make members want to leave so that they can bring new members in and charge higher fees.

First and foremost, the lack of coverage on one of the pipes was not enough and the surfaced was cracked, and in dire need of repair. Over two months ago I requested they come up with a plan to help us get things operational. The response was a quote to replace everything totaling over $33,000. Granted; I can appreciate them taking weeks to get that done, and making sure I would know what everything may cost. But, since then we can't get them to answer a call or to address the major problem. So, my kids have been in a new house throughout the whole summer looking at the pool they can't use. Such a shame that my family has been completely blown off by them and all we were looking for was service and quality communication. I'll be hiring another company to fix the pool and post pictures of the work when it's done. The pool is the lagoon looking pool you see when you look at their pictures. Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll take our review serious.
