I even called him Thursday of last week and no answer. I waited a week before posting to be fair. Just incase there was an emergency that came up and the reason why I did not get a response. It is unprofessional to not receive a response when a customer is trying to get a hold of a business. I could have at least gotten that. Jared, Matt, and the rest of their team are all very friendly, helpful, and (most importantly) care about their customers' needs. And while they could charge a premium for the quality and dependability they provide, their rates for cleaning and maintenance are less expensive than most of the larger companies with undertrained employees and management that sees each customer as a paycheck instead of a person.
